End Times, Surviving with My Beastly Army
Chapter 72 Zombie Battle
They finally realized something was wrong–this zombie wasn’t like the others.
It wasn’t just faster–it had a sharper sense of smell, able to detect the scent of the living beneath the zombie; fluids they used as disguise.
More zombies began to gather, and soon they swarmed the factory, attacking everyone inside
They’d been fighting nonstop since the night before. There were only around 30 or 40 of them, facing more than a hundred zombies.
Their only advantage was the high ground–it took the zombies time and effort to climb up.
Otherwise, if they all rushed at once, none of them would make it out alive.
“I… I can’t… go on…”
The woman collapsed to the floor. After fighting all night, her hair had fallen loose, her vision blurred, and she had barely any strength left.
“Honey! Stay with me–don’t give up. Just a little longer!”
A man stepped in front of her, his voice tight with panic.
“Even if I don’t give up… what difference does it make?”
The woman gave a bitter smile. Everyone was at their limit. But there were still dozens of zombies left. Some of them had once been their own–injured in the fighting, scratched or bitten, and eventually turned into zombies, too.
They’d been together for almost a month. Now they could only watch as their own were torn apart… then dragged back to their feet as part of the horde. No one could bear it.
The little boy’s voice rang out again, sharp with fear. “They’re coming up again!”
The man’s eyes widened. This time, three or four hands slammed against the window at once.
Everyone felt it–their hearts sinking as despair settled over the room.
Was this really how it would end?
Boom…
Then came an even more devastating moment-
-a loud crash as the barricaded door finally gave way, and eight or nine zombies surged inside.
It’s over.
The thought hit everyone at once.
But soon, something felt off.

Chapter 72 Zombie Battle
That door… hadn’t been broken down by the zombies just now, had it?
Because right after that, two figures rushed in–a young girl and a middle–aged man. The girl’s strength was unbelievable.
With a single punch, she could smash a zombie’s skull with ease.
The middle–aged man was highly skilled. While he couldn’t kill a zombie in a single blow like the girl, he could disable them in a very short time.
At the same time, a horrifying scream suddenly rang out from outside the window.
“Aaah!”
The owner of the Golden Crest Hotel stood frozen, covered in blood, watching in horror as the zombies suddenly turned on a new target.
“Good luck,” Robin said with a faint smile.
The man bolted. The scent of blood filled the air, and the zombies went wild instantly
They had spent the whole night attacking without tasting fresh flesh. Now there was a perfect target right outside–of course, they went for him.
All the zombies that had been eyeing the factory building turned their attention to the hotel owner instead.
Inside, the people finally had a chance to catch their breathe.
The little boy couldn’t resist his curiosity. He leaned out–and saw the hotel owner swallowed by zombies, Flesh and blood flew everywhere. Within seconds, nothing was left but a bare skeleton.
Only then did Robin and Dane make their move.
