Chapter 82 The Missing Supplies
As they passed by, Rebin suddenly stopped. “Who’s there?” she asked coldly.
Ronald’s heart jumped.
No one in his group had made a sound. So how did this woman notice them?
He stayed perfectly still.
Tim frowned. “Robin, did you see something?”
Robin curled her lips into a faint smile. “Forget it. Maybe no one’s there. I might’ve imagined it. Let’s get out of here.”
Then she actually left, taking the others with her.
Ronald craned his neck and watched them go. Only when they were completely out of sight did he wave his hand. “Let’s go. We’re heading in for supplies!”
The group rushed in, cheering. But the moment they stepped inside, they froze. The floor was covered with zombie corpses.
Brains were splattered everywhere. Dark blood stained the ground. Broken skulls lay scattered all over the place. Ronald stood there, stunned.
If he remembered right, there had only been four of them.
How was that even possible? Just four of them and they cleared out every zombie in the store?
Who were they? How could they be that strong?
A chill ran down his spine. Luckily, he hadn’t tried to stop them. He liked to act tough in front of weaker people, but deep down, he knew what he was. When he met someone truly strong, he backed down fast.
“They’re really amazing!”
“Yeah, if people like that were with us, we’d be so much safer.”
“We wouldn’t have to be scared every day.”

Someone said it out loud, admiration clear in his voice. Ronald spun around and kicked him hard in the stomach.
“What? You think following me is a problem?!” he snapped.
Sure, those people were strong. But saying that out loud? That was basically calling him useless.
“Boss, boss, that’s not what I meant!”
The man groaned in pain, then quickly crawled over and grabbed Ronald’s pant leg. “I was just saying, yeah, they’re strong, but they’re not smart. And kind of dumb too! They worked so hard to get

didn’t even take any supplies.
That made Ronald feel a tle better
“At least you know how to talk.”
He kicked the man aside. “Call more people down. We’re taking everything!”
“Yes, yes! Right away!”
Ronald could barely hide his excitement. He had been eyeing the supplies here for so long; now they were finally all his!
He led his group inside, full of confidence. But the moment they reached the food section, everyone froze.
“Where’s the stuff?!”
Ronald’s eyes bulged as he stared at the empty space in front of him.
Why was everything gone? Even the shelves were missing!
“Boss… this…”
“Are you kidding me?! My stuff!! Where is my stuff?!”
Ronald exploded in rage.
“Go after them! Now! Those idiots must have taken everything!”
“But they came out empty-handed.”
Before the man could finish, Ronald grabbed him by the throat. “I told you to go, so go!”
He was furious. He wanted to kill someone.
Everything in this supermarket-he had claimed it first. If those people took it, then they’d pay with their lives.
Ronald rushed to check other sections. Same result. Nothing.

Aside from some torn packaging and useless trash, everything else had vanished without a trace.
Robin and the others hadn’t even made it off the stairs when a rush of footsteps came from behind.
“There they are! Stop!”
“Give our stuff back!”
Robin turned around. “What do you mean? I don’t understand what you’re talking about.” Ronald’s face darkened. “You little thief. You took our supplies and think you can just walk away?”
“Supplies?” Robin raised an eyebrow. “What supplies?”
