Chapter 81 Empty Shelves, Hidden Power

her eyes.

A hint of disappointsacht flashed in her eyes. Robin smited faintly and rested her right hand on the shelf.

The next second, the shelf packed with ships and snacks vanished into thin air

Ella’s eyes went wide. She stared at Robin in shock. “Holy shit!”

Dane and Tim hadn’t seen what she did. But when they turned around and saw a huge empty space behind them, both of them froze in surprise.

Robin said softly, “Let me show you how to loot.”

The four of them moved quietly, step by step. Wherever they passed, nothing was left behind.

Ella and the others were too stunned to even speak.

Where did all that stuff go?!

Could it be!

Robin didn’t just have a lightning ability… She was also a space ability user?!

How many secrets did she have?!

“Water! Robin, there’s water over there!” Ella shouted, excited.

Even though Robin was the strong one, Ella felt proud just standing with her. With someone this powerful backing her up, she felt like she could walk through the apocalypse without fear.

Robin glanced at the drink shelves and took everything without hesitation, storing it all away.

It felt amazing. Seriously amazing.

Row after row of shelves disappeared. Ella’s eyes lit up with excitement.

But just then, she suddenly felt something under her foot.

It was a strange feeling. Like stepping on a water balloon-but inside, it felt like there were small beads. slightly hard and uneven.

Ella looked down. She met a pair of dull, gray eyes.

A zombie!

Without thinking, she swung her shovel down hard.

Smack!

A rotten hand flew into the air. A clear footprint was stamped on it. That was what she had stepped on. The bead-like feeling had been the finger bones inside.

The zombie had been pinned under a fallen shelf. The entire fight side of its body had been crushed into a mess. Only one arm and its head werd sticking out. Even so, its mouth was still opening and closing. It wasn’t dead yet.

If anyone had walked past and gotten scratched by its nails, things would end badly for them.

Ella didn’t hesitate. She brought the shovel down and finished it off.

But at that moment, things started to go bad.

“Grr…I…”

Low, broken growls rose from all around them. The zombies had heard the noise.

Everyone tensed up.

“Robin… ” Ella said, feeling a little guilty.

Robin kept it simple. “Kill them all.”

As she spoke, a zombie lunged straight at them.

The beam from the flashlight hit its face, lighting up something truly horrifying.

Its original features were gone. The flesh had melted and sunk in, making its face look like a wrinkled, sagging layer stretched over rot. One eyeball was missing. The other bulged out, like it could fall at any second.

Most of its skin had already been eaten away. Its clothes were torn into strips, tangled with decaying flesh.

“Grr…rr…”

Hungry.

So hungry!

Eat. I need to eat!

Bang!

Tim didn’t even blink. He swung his shovel down and smashed its head to pieces.

“Points +0.5.”

Hearing the system’s voice in her head, Robin stepped back to a safer spot and watched as the three of them faced more and more zombies.

They had to grow strong and fast.

Outside, hearing the chaos inside, Ronald stood at the supermarket exit with his group, a greedy grin
