Lucas placed a heavy emphasis on her wealth.

Lucas rejected the idea outright. “There is no chance for a partnership. Her business has no

need for us.”

Holton’s face instantly soured. “Don’t be so quick to dismiss it. How would you know without talking to her?”

Lucas found it almost laughable.

Tatiana didn’t move in immediately after purchasing the estate. Even though the grounds were regularly maintained, certain details required adjustment. She personally sourced a collection of decor and furniture to have the place staged. She didn’t seek out the best of everything— only the most expensive. When the price is right, the quality follows, and the efficiency is unmatched.

After three days of preparation, she chose an auspicious time and moved in with the children.

Even Madam Lindsey was stunned. “You bought this place?”

“Yes. Do you like it, Grandma?”

Naturally, she liked it. No one could look at such a magnificent home and feel otherwise. But Madam Lindsey was no fool; she had a sharp eye for value. She took Tatiana’s hand, her voice laced with concern. “How much did this cost?”

She intended to give every industry and asset she owned to Tatiana. She had held onto these things for so many years, even fighting to wrest them back from Donnie, specifically so she could leave them intact for her granddaughter.

The lawyer was surprised but complied.
