Dorian stared at the message for a moment, then looked up and called to Lucien. “Get the decree to Arden,” he said flatly. “Quietly.”

Lucien took one look at his boss’s expression and asked carefully, “Should I meet her somewhere? Maybe a café?”

Dorian gave a brief nod. “Yeah.”

Lucien met Arden later and handed her the finalized divorce papers. The second she had them in hand Arden called her brother.

Caleb paused. “You finalized everything at the courthouse?”
