Dorian typed back, “Cassian, weren’t you the only one who had that video?”

Cassian replied. “Have you seen your wife? You may not care, but a lot of other people do. If I got that video, you think someone else couldn’t?”
Theo said, “Someone’s in trouble. Hurting your wife might feel good for a moment, but chasing her back? That’s where the pain begins.”
Damon sent a message, “I’m ready to watch you fall head over heels and regret everything.”
Dorian typed back, “Who said I’m chasing anyone? I never caught feelings.”
Cassian replied, “Keep telling yourself that. You’ll regret it.”
Theo added, “You’ll regret it.”
Damon followed up, “You’ll regret it.”
Dorian stared at the screen, jaw clenched. He wanted to call them ridiculous, but deep down, something wasn’t sitting right.
Back at the restaurant, Caleb’s phone rang. It was his assistant. He picked up.
His assistant said, barely hiding the excitement, “Mr. Wynn, someone just uploaded a third–angle video. It clearly shows Miss Wynn didn’t push Vivienne. Online opinion is shifting fast–everyone’s praising her and tearing into Vivienne.”
Caleb’s brows relaxed. “Are you sure?”
“Absolutely. Check Twitter now.”
Caleb hung up and pulled it up. The clip went viral instantly, shooting to the top of the trending list.
Everything flipped. All the comments were now praising Arden and dragging Vivienne. Even the tag “Cancel Vivienne Ash” was trending at number two.
“Arden, someone posted the reversal footage. It shows you didn’t touch her–she fell on her own.”
Arden saw it too and finally exhaled. “Send it to Mom and Dad. Tell them to check online. I don’t want them worrying.”
“Already on it.”
Caleb opened WhatsApp and sent the link to their parents.
“Mom feels better already.” He looked at Arden. “Do you know who helped us?”
She shook her head. “No idea. A few big accounts just dropped it all of a sudden. Their fans reposted it like crazy. And Vivienne’s always had enemies–she acts high and mighty, made a lot of people mad. Probably a rival finally had enough and paid to expose her.”

Whoever it was, that video changed everything.
質: firsthed
they wouldn’t even
If it hadn’t come out, Arden would’ve stayed under attack. She might not have been able to go outside safely. Wynn Group stock would’ve crashed again. At that point, forget five billion have had a hundred million. The divorce? Impossible.
Caleb called his assistant. “Find out who posted the video. I want to thank them myself.”
The assistant got to work. A few minutes later, the phone rang again. “Mr. Wynn, Buzznet also released the reversal clip. Mr. Vale personally scheduled a press interview”
Caleb’s tone didn’t change.
Dorian had uploaded that old video three years ago. Ever since then, Caleb had already lost faith in him.
He must’ve gone to great lengths to protect Vivienne. And Arden is his legal wife.
Now he only posted the reversal clip after everyone else did. Probably because Eugenia and the others pressured him. Maybe he never cared about Arden at all.
He said flatly, “Got it.”
Ever since Vivienne admitted the baby she was carrying belonged to Dorian, a gnawing anxiety had settled in her chest.
Because if there was one thing Dorian couldn’t stand, it was being lied to–or threatened.
And sure enough, not long after her interview ended, her phone rang.
The caller ID wasn’t his, but the second she heard that deep, low voice on the line, her heart jumped uncontrollably. But he didn’t sound happy. Not even close.
He asked, “Is the baby mine?”
Vivienne forced herself to stay calm. She said, “Yes, Dorian. It was that night in Northmere. I saved you. You… slept with me.”
A beat of silence. Then came a cold, sharp laugh through the phone.
“Vivienne, are you so desperate to marry into the Vale family that you’d pin someone else’s kid on me?”
Her face went pale. “No! Dorian, I swear–this baby… it’s yours.”
He didn’t argue. He just said, “We’ll see.” Then the line went dead.
Dorian tossed the phone onto his desk and buzzed Lucien into his office.
“Pull the DNA report from three years ago. The one comparing Vivienne’s miscarriage sample with my chromosomal profile. Also, get the security footage I told you to archive back then. Bring both.”
Three years ago, when Dorian had gone overseas to secure a critical chip technology, he’d ended up in a dangerous mess. In the fight to acquire the chip, he’d crossed a powerful syndicate.

Things escalated fast. His team clashed with their people, and eventually, they were forced into hiding- ending up in Northmere.
The chip couldn’t be lost. Dorian ordered Lucien and a few of his ex–special forces bodyguards to protect it while he and another team led the pursuers away.
That night, Dorian had taken two hits–one across the back, another across his waist. To make things worse, they’d drugged him with a powerful aphrodisiac.
Injured, disoriented, burning up inside, he’d kicked open the door to a hotel room in desperation.
Only one dim lamp was on. The light was soft, casting a warm hue across the room.
A girl was curled up on the bed, fast asleep. She looked peaceful, innocent–even sweet. There was a soft curve to her lips as if she were dreaming.
And that girl… had saved him.
