Chapter 155 Kill Her
Noelle was two years younger than Kevin, yet she seemed so calm and confident, as if there was nothing she couldn’t handle.
Kevin said solemnly, “I swear I’ll follow you to the death and never let you down!”
Noelle smiled. “Alright. You’re tired too. Go back to your room and rest.”
Kevin said instinctively, “I’m not tired…”
Noelle blinked. “But I’m going to keep video chatting with my husband, and you’re kind of getting in the way.”
Only then did Kevin react. The tips of his ears turned red, and he hurried away.
Noelle went back into her room, picked up her phone, and continued the video call with Sebastian.
She lay on her stomach on the bed since it was more comfortable, her legs crossed and swinging lightly behind her.
Sebastian watched her, his gaze darkening slightly.
Lucas was about to lean in and throw out a few teasing remarks when Sebastian directly covered the phone. “You. Go back to your room and sleep.”
Lucas looked puzzled.
“I’m video calling my wife. You’re not wanted here. Get out.”
Sebastian had covered the microphone, so Noelle didn’t hear him call her his “wife.”
Lucas laughed helplessly. “Look at how whipped you are. Fine, fine, I’m going, I’m going.” Only after Lucas left did Sebastian lift the phone again and aim it at himself.
The two chatted for a while longer. Noelle rested both hands behind her head, clearly starting to get sleepy.
“Sleepy?” Sebastian asked softly. “It’s getting late. You should rest.”
Noelle was a bit sleepy, but she still wanted to tease him. “Mmm… Yeah, I’m sleepy. I might need some visual stimulation. If you take off your clothes and let me have a look, I might not be sleepy anymore!”

The next day, Noelle and Serena went to the presidential residence to treat the president’s wife, Irene Yeager.
Kevin and Helen were left at the villa.
The military vehicle carrying Noelle and Serena drove deep into the heavily guarded presidential residence.
Along the way, there was a guard post every few steps. Soldiers holding heavy firearms watched sharply, an invisible killing intent filling the air. After nearly ten minutes, the vehicle finally arrived at the president’s living quarters.
The moment they got out of the car, before they could step onto the stairs, two stone–faced soldiers at the entrance raised their hands to stop them.
“Presidential residence protocol: anyone entering must accept a body search.
“Our apologies. This is an iron rule of the residence, for safety reasons. Given your distinguished status, we’ll waive the body search but please hand over any weapons you’re carrying for temporary safekeeping.”
“So many rules.” Serena let out a cold laugh, impatience flashing in her eyes. She briskly pulled out the sidearm from behind her waist and, with a light snap, tossed it onto the tray held out by an attendant.
If the presidential residence hadn’t once saved someone from Alliance 749, they wouldn’t even bother coming here to treat Irene to return the favor. And now there were so many rules.
Still, it was understandable. They wouldn’t dare pull anything.
Noelle didn’t speak. She merely swept a calm glance at Bennett, yet it made his heart tighten
for no reason.
She casually took out the compact handgun hidden on her and placed it on the tray as well. Bennett respectfully invited them inside. “Please this way.”
The living room was spacious and luxurious, filled with a faint, expensive fragrance.
A blonde woman with blue eyes, dressed in an elegant suit and carrying herself with sharp
