Chapter 74: First Night- Part 1
Irina’s POV
The words cut through the primal haze in the room like a bucket of ice water.
Aiden froze, his body coiled and trembling with barely restrained need. His dark eyes, which had been blazing with possessive fire, blinked. Once, Twice. A low, frustrated growl rumbled in his chest, a sound of pure, animal protest.
“Now?” The word was a strangled, disbelieving rasp.
“Yes, now,” I said, my voice firm despite the frantic beating of my heart. I gestured down at myself. “Aiden, I’m covered in dirt, sweat, and probably blood. You are not any better. We are not doing this while we are both so filthy.”
Theia was howling with laughter in my head.
Aiden stared at me, his expression a comical mix of utter bewilderment and raw, aching desire. “If it weren’t for the blood, I wouldn’t stop,” he grumbled before lifting me bridal style
once more.
He walked into this bathroom, and I couldn’t help but look around. It was enormous, even bigger than the one from the room I stayed in before.
Everything inside screamed power and money, proving Shadow Pack is one of the strongest packs in the area.
White marble floors, black stone counters, a walk-in shower that could fit a small army, and a bathtub that looked more like a small pool than something belonging in a bathroom.
He set me on the counter and turned around to open the shower, the sound of rushing water echoing softly off the marble walls.
Steam began to fill the air almost instantly, curling around Aiden’s shoulders and clinging to
his skin.
He was a mess-blood-streaked, bruised, covered in dirt and ash-yet somehow he still looked impossibly strong.
“And hot.”
“You can go in, I’ll wait until you shower first,” He said, his voice even rougher.
I arched an eyebrow. “Or… we could shower together.”

I saw the way his jaw clenched at my proposition. “Irina…”
“What?” I asked, feigning ignorance.
Clam
Aiden clenched his fists. I thought he was going to turn around and leave, but then he lifted me up, my legs wrapped around his waist.
“I hope you are ready to finish what you started, mate,” he growled, his voice laced with Arlo’s before smashing his lips against mine.
His mouth was hot and desperate on mine. His lips were chapped, I’m guessing mine are as well, but it didn’t matter.
His tongue pushed past my lips, and I happily opened them to give him more access. My fingers tangled in his dirty, sweat-damp hair, pulling him closer.
He continued walking until the steam from the shower wrapped around us, the coat stuck to my skin, so I quickly removed it. Aiden was only wearing a pair of shorts he found in the car, which was the only piece of clothing stopping his throbbing c**k from sliding inside my p***y.
His hands were everywhere, one splayed against my back to hold me tight against him, while the other slid down to grip my thigh, his fingers digging into my skin.
He continued walking into the shower, not breaking the kiss for even a second. The hot water hit my back, making me hiss at the sudden temperature change, but the sensation was quickly swallowed by the heat of his body. The water soaked my hair, I could feel the grime, sweat, and blood rolling down thanks to the warm water.
He finally broke the kiss, both of us gasping for air, our foreheads pressed together. Water streamed down his face, dripping from his dark lashes and tracing the strong line of his jaw.
“Let me clean you quickly,” He said, his voice husky.
He put me down and grabbed a bottle of shampoo. I noticed it was a brand a woman would use, so I immediately frowned.
“It’s Debbie’s,” He explained. “I asked her for some help, I hope you don’t mind.”
I blushed, feeling ashamed that I got jealous of something so simple as a bottle of shampoo.
He noticed my blush, and a slow, knowing smirk spread across his lips. The raw hunger in his eyes softened for just a second, replaced by a flicker of tenderness.
“You have no reason to be jealous,” he murmured, his voice a low rumble against the sound

of the water. “There has never been anyone else in this room. In this shower.” His thumb stroked my cheek, washing away a trickle of dirty water. “There will never be anyone but you.”
If he intended to be sweet, he said the right words.
My jealousy melted away. I have to remember that Aiden had his past, like most Alphas do, mostly because Arlette made him hate me, but I shouldn’t worry about it.
“Good answer,” I whispered, my voice husky.
He poured the shampoo into his palm, the sweet, floral scent a stark contrast to the metallic tang of blood and battle that still clung to us. His hands were surprisingly gentle as he worked the lather into my hair, his strong fingers massaging my scalp. I closed my eyes, leaning into his touch.
I don’t know why people don’t say this more often, but when someone cleans your hair and gives you the full princess treatment, it makes you feel so good.
The fact that everywhere he touches makes my body shudder is not helping with my lust either. I can feel a strange sensation in my lower belly already, and he hasn’t done anything.
“Yet,” Theia added.
He rinsed me carefully, tipping my head back under the spray, his hand cradling the back of my neck. When the last of the suds were gone, he reached for a bar of soap. His gaze locked with mine as his soapy hands slid over my shoulders, down my arms, across my stomach. Everywhere he touched, my skin tingled, coming alive under his touch. The water sluiced away the grime, revealing clean, flushed skin.
When he was done, he just looked at me for a long moment, water streaming down his face, his chest rising and falling rapidly. “You’re so beautiful,” he breathed.
I gulped. “My turn.”
I took the soap bar from him, my fingers trembling slightly. I started with his chest, rubbing the soap over the hard planes of his pecs, feeling the powerful muscles jump under my touch. I traced the lines of his abdomen, washing away the dirt and dried blood, revealing the tan skin and the dark trail of hair that led down.
A low groan rumbled in his chest as my hands slid lower, over his hips. His eyes were locked on me, dark and intense, his breath coming in ragged pants. I could feel the rigid length of him pressing against my stomach.
My hand trembled for a second.
Okay, I get that Alphas are big, but this…

It can be classified as a freaking weapon. How the hell does he walk with that between his
legs?!
“Look at the bright side, it’s yours.”
I gulped.
It was true, and that turned me on.
I dropped to my knees on the wet tile, my hands sliding down his powerful thighs. The water cascaded over both of us. I looked up at him through my wet lashes.
“Irina, you don’t have to do that.”
I didn’t reply; instead, my fingers hooked into the waistband of his soaked shorts. I slowly, deliberately, pulled them down, enjoying every twitch and flinch until…
He sprang free, thick and hard and ready. A shudder wracked his whole body. I wrapped my hand around him, stroking him slowly, feeling him pulse in my grasp.
“Irina,” he choked out, his voice strangled.
I leaned forward and licked the tip.
“f**k, Irina…” He grunted.
I smiled. It was cute to see such a big man have this reaction. I enjoyed having so much control over him, so I teased him some more.
I didn’t open wider; instead, I licked from the tip to the base, leaving small kisses along his shaft.
I’m also giving myself some time to prepare mentally, but I won’t admit that out loud. I’m. scared that my jaw might dislocate.
“Even if it does, you can always go outside and-”
“Not helping, Theia!”
I continued with my taunting until my mouth reached the tip once more, and this time… I opened wide, taking all his head into my mouth.
The sound he made was half-growl, half-moan, his hands fisting in my wet hair. His hips gave a tiny, involuntary thrust. I relaxed my throat, taking him deeper, my tongue swirling around.
I thought it would taste awful, but aside from the tiny traces of soap, it isn’t that bad. Perhaps I believe that because he is my mate, but now my curiosity is piqued.

“Irina, f**k…” He moaned as I pushed further, taking more of him into my mouth.
Clawn
His groans were the only sound besides the rushing water. His hands in my hair weren’t rough; he wasn’t pushing me. Aiden was letting me take my time to adjust. The only indicator that his control was slowly slipping were those hips thrust that he was trying hard to hold
back.
“Baby, your mouth feels so f*****g good…”
I looked up, meeting his dark, hazy eyes filled with desire. The raw need I saw in them sent a powerful thrill through me.
I wanted to make him c*m with my mouth.
