Chapter 211 You Ungrateful Wretch!
Landon’s POV:
Right at ten the next morning, Natalie arrived at the Richardson Group headquarters.

She had confirmed the share transfer. Starting today, she held the highest decision-making authority in the Richardson Group.
The shareholder meeting room on the top floor was ready.
I’d received an email reminder from Natalie last night. It surprised me a little, but I understood.
Natalie was angry after being deceived for so long. Of course, she’d want to make a grand entrance upon her return and stage a triumphant comeback.
After all, her position now was far above mine.
I’d instructed my assistant early to prepare Natalie’s favorite drink. I personally reserved her preferred restaurant and planned a surprise.
I was ready for us to have a fresh start once she was back.
The meeting room door opened. A poised figure stood silhouetted against the light, instantly drawing everyone’s attention.
“Natalie…” I stood up, about to speak. But seeing Natalie walk in was nothing as I had imagined.
She wore a sharp, pale green pantsuit, her hair smooth and perfectly styled over her shoulders.
Behind her were two capable-looking werewolf lawyers carrying briefcases, and a court officer in uniform holding documents.
The woman standing before me was my mate, someone whose every feature was engraved in my heart.
Yet at this moment, she felt like a complete stranger.
Was I imagining it?
When had Natalie become so dazzling and so untouchable?
Natalie stated, “Good morning, everyone. I’m Natalie. You’re all aware of the recent equity

She walked right past me. She didn’t even acknowledge Benjamin, who was waiting for a greeting in the seat at the head of the table.
She stopped at the chief position but didn’t sit. She gave the lawyers a nod.
One of them stepped forward and stated clearly “Pursuant to the legally binding share agreement and the company’s bylaws, Ms. Anderson currently holds a fifty percent equity stake in the Richardson Group, making her the largest single shareholder. Confirmed rights include corresponding decision-making and management authority.”
What was she doing?
A murmur of suppressed discussion filled the room. The other shareholders and executives -mostly representatives of smaller clans allied with the Richardson Group or Beta managers -looked nervously between me, Benjamin, and Natalie. They were like animals scenting a storm, uneasy and afraid.
“Natalie!” I heard my own voice, trying to sound both authoritatively Alpha and gently persuasive. “Stop this! Even if you want to exercise your rights, whatever you plan to do should be discussed with my father first!”
I understood. After years of dedication, now that she was finally a major shareholder, she wanted to make a show of it.
But with so many people here, she couldn’t go too far. Where would that leave the Richardson family’s dignity?
Benjamin also stared coldly at Natalie.
He was displeased, but he didn’t believe Natalie alone could cause real trouble.
Natalie finally turned her gaze to us. It held faint mockery, cold and unfamiliar.
A bad feeling shot through me. I stood up abruptly and said, “Natalie, let’s talk first.” But before I could reach her, the people beside her blocked my way.
“I hereby announce,” she said, her voice clear and steady, carrying a finality that cut like a blade, “that due to Mr. Landon Richardson’s significant errors in judgment during his tenure, coupled with personal conduct issues that have used substantive damage and potential risk to the pack’s and the company’s reputation, I, as the majority shareholder, propose the following, effective immediately.”
Her words felt like a knife to my heart.
