Fake Mate Beta Rises to Alpha Heiress (Natalie and Landon) novel Chapter 332

Chapter 332 Just Believe in Me

Leonardo’s POV:

“Natalie…” My heart melted, swelling with total contentment and so much warmth. I lowered my head, nuzzling her nose with mine.

Me, too. I loved being with her, doing anything. Even holding her now didn’t feel like enough. I wished I could pull her right into me, keep her close, keep her right by my side so we’d never be apart.

“Leonardo,” she said, her eyes on my lips. “But is that all you want to do with me?”

I said, “Of course not. It’s just… my life before was kinda boring. These are the most real, simple good things I can think of right now-like how happy I feel when you cook for me, or how peaceful and content I get watching movies with you, since you love them so much.”

“But in the future,” my voice grew quieter but firmer, “I want to experience everything mates can do together. I want to make everything you love into memories that are ours.”

We looked at houses and planned a grand mate bonding ceremony… then Natalie would be mine forever-my mate, in my life and in the history of the Silver-Maned Pack, and we’d never have a reason to part.

Natalie’s POV:

Listening to his clumsy yet sincere plans made my cheeks, already flushed from the morning’s intimacy, burn even hotter. My heart felt incredibly sweet, like it was trembling.

I didn’t say anything else. I just lifted my head and kissed him.

His kisses last night had intoxicated me. Waking up this morning, I immediately missed the feel and pressure of his lips. This kiss held no urgent desire, only tender affection. We breathed together, our hearts beating in sync. We reminded each other how precious this thing-what we’d almost lost and now regained-truly was.

Leonardo’s POV:

We spent the rest of the morning lazing in bed, only getting up after noon. I had over a dozen missed calls on my phone. I glanced at them-mostly work-related, trivial updates, nothing urgent. Silver-Maned Pack ran like clockwork. Right now, I just wanted to bask in this

Roger chimed in eagerly beside her, “Yes, yes! A male who can admit his faults is the one who keeps his mate’s heart!”

It seemed Fiona had a whole speech of encouragement prepared, but Roger’s interruption made her forget it. She could only shoot him an annoyed look. This familiar scene was something I’d once dismissed as silly old-people antics. Now, watching it, I felt a surge of deep respect.

Finding love was hard enough. To remain honest and walk side-by-side through all the long years required immense wisdom and courage. That was far more difficult than leading a vast pack like the Silver-Maned Pack.

I glanced at Natalie. My grandparents’ banter had brought a soft pink to her cheeks. Her eyes sparkled, gentle and lovely. My mate-no, the other half of my soul bond-looked so beautiful it took my breath away.

Last night, half asleep, I’d felt her hand gently stroke my back. Her voice was soft but clear.

“Leonardo, if you’re ever disappointed in yourself again, just believe in me. You don’t have to believe those vague stories or push yourself to be perfect. When you feel lost or sad, just believe in me.”

We were mates, bound by the Moon Goddess’ vow. From now on, it was not just “me” and “you.” It was “us.”
