The incessant honking had already disturbed the people inside Halfridge Villas.
After checking the security monitor, Lillian frowned slightly.
"How does he have clearance to get in?"
Ethan immediately made a call to find out. He was told that Brandon's car had been given access during a previous visit.
Ethan promptly ordered the security team to revoke the permission and send someone over to remove Brandon.
Lillian said, "My phone was buzzing nonstop during dinner. I figured it was him, but I didn't expect him to show up at my door in such a hurry."
Leonard's disgust for the Mercer family had reached its peak.
"Why are they so impossible to shake off, sticking to you like glue?

Leonard asked, "You want to go meet them?"
Leonard nodded. "If you feel uncomfortable at all, call for someone. This is our territory. They won't be able to get away with anything here."
Lillian smiled, nodded, and went downstairs.

As soon as Lillian was downstairs, Leonard gave an order. "Arrange for bodyguards to stand by. They can break whatever they want in my house, but no one is to lay a single finger on Lillian."
Ethan replied, "Yes, sir. Don't worry. If any of them try to touch Ms. Mercer, I'll make sure they're bedridden for the next six months.
We have plenty of money, we can just pay for the damages.
Unlike them. They have no class."
Downstairs, Lillian stood waiting as Brandon and the others got out of the car and stormed toward her…
