Five Years Wasted Now They Beg Her Back novel Chapter 214

The man was furious.

He kicked the shard out of Grace’s hand.

Then he threw himself on top of her, pinning her down and tearing at her clothes.

RIP—

The sound of tearing fabric was especially piercing in the empty room.

Grace struggled with all her might, kicking and scratching.

But she was too thin, too weak, and covered in injuries.

How could she possibly fight off a grown man?

Was this her fate?

“Damien…”

She called his name over and over in her mind.

Even though she knew he couldn’t hear her.

Even though she knew he might never wake up again.

Tears streamed from the corners of her eyes, mixing with the dust on the floor.

Just as the man’s filthy hand was about to touch her chest…

BANG!

A thunderous crash.

The heavy iron door flew off its hinges like a piece of paper and slammed into the wall.

Dust filled the air.

The phone nearly fell from Lilian’s hand.

The other beggars froze in terror.

In the doorway stood a figure.

Backlit.

His face was obscured.

But the murderous aura radiating from him, like a demon from hell, instantly dropped the temperature in the room to freezing.

He was wearing a blood-soaked black shirt.

His head was wrapped in gauze, which was already saturated with blood.

In his hand, he held an iron rod, still dripping with blood.

It was Damien.

Damien, who had crawled back from hell.

“Da… Damien?!”

Lilian let out a scream as if she had seen a ghost.

“Aren’t you… supposed to be in a coma?”

Damien ignored her. His bloodshot eyes were fixed on Grace, who was pinned to the floor.

Then, moving so fast it was like he teleported, he lunged forward.

The iron rod in his hand swung with the force of a thunderbolt, crashing down on the back of the man on top of Grace.

“I thought I’d never see you again…”

Damien wrapped his arms around her.

“It’s okay now. I’m here.”

He lifted his head, and his crimson eyes turned to Lilian and Maura, who were cowering in the corner.

“Since you two love live-streaming so much.”

“Then you can have your fill.”

“Felix!”

Felix, who had been waiting outside, entered with dozens of bodyguards in black suits.

Each one held the leash of a vicious dog.

“Seal this place off.”

Damien’s voice was colder than the iron rod had been.

“These two, and that garbage over there.”

“Since they like men so much, let them enjoy themselves.”

At his words, the whites of Lilian’s and Maura’s eyes rolled back, and they fainted from sheer terror.

But that wouldn’t save them.

Damien took off his own jacket and wrapped Grace in it, covering her completely.

Then he scooped her up into his arms and walked out the door.
