Lottie shot him a glare. "If I ever find out Grace has been mistreated under your watch..."

She narrowed her eyes and made a throat-slitting gesture.

"My friend in information security may not be an assassin, but he's more than capable of taking down the cybersecurity of a few publicly traded companies."

Damien's expression turned serious. "Don't worry, Sis. I'll be on my best behavior."

"Don't 'Sis' me, Damien."

Lottie glared at him. Mark, watching the scene unfold, couldn't understand what they were saying and tugged anxiously at Damien's sleeve, hoping for a translation.

Watching them all joke around, Grace felt a lump in her throat and almost started to cry.

The boarding announcement echoed through the terminal.

Mark kissed Gianna's little cheek and handed her back to Damien.

Lottie gave Grace one last look, then turned and waved over her shoulder.

"We're off."

She strode toward the gate, her retreating figure impossibly cool.

Grace watched her go, her eyes welling up.

"Let's go."

Damien put his arm around her shoulder. "We should head back, too."

The next morning, Damien was in his office early.

Felix knocked and entered, holding a tablet with a strange expression on his face.

"Mr. Clarke, Mrs. Clarke."

Damien was helping Grace review a lab data report and didn't look up. "Go on."

"Now that we've confirmed his location, report it to the police."

Damien gave Felix his orders. "Tell the private investigators there to secure the evidence. Then... send these photos and the address to the financial crimes division back home. An international arrest is complicated, but with solid proof, extradition is just a matter of time."

"Yes, sir," Felix said with a nod.

After Felix left, Grace looked at Damien.

"Matthew Zayne has been found, and Lucian Chow has been caught. Now all that's left is Julian Leung."

"Julian Leung is a very careful man. We've been looking for a long time but haven't found anything on him." Damien stood up and walked to the floor-to-ceiling window.

Grace joined him, standing by his side.

"Perhaps we can start with that 'Nemesis' persona."

She remembered the ID from the dark web that Lottie had mentioned.

"The one who predicted the collapse of The Myriad Galleria," Grace analyzed. "If he's one of Julian Leung's men, why would he post a warning on the dark web? If we saw it, wouldn't that just tip us off? And if he isn't one of Julian's men, why is he targeting the Clarke family?"
