Julian was on the phone.

Victor looked equally irritated at being dragged out of bed–he never usually surfaced before nine in the morning.

He’d only caught wind of what went down between Julian and Lillian late last night and knew she hadn’t actually set foot insid the pack house; Finn had picked her up halfway.

So he hadn’t bothered heading to the hospital to check on Julian, figuring he’d swing by after he’d properly woken up.

But then, just past seven in the morning, Julian had hauled him out of bed.
