**TITLE: Obsidian Dawn 419**
**Chapter 419 Tyrone’s Plan**

Ralph stood there, his finger trembling as it pointed accusingly at Tyrone, a look of disbelief etched across his face. “How could you even utter such words?!”

On the couch, Edwin sat with an air of authority, propped up by his cane. His expression was grave, shadowed by a cloud of seriousness that filled the room.

With a voice that thundered like a storm, he exclaimed, “Tyrone, in the span of just a few days, you’ve handed over several crucial projects to a virtually unknown startup overseas. I demand the truth from you—are you the owner of that company?”

Tyrone took a step closer, his demeanor calm and collected. “If you already know the answer, why bother asking?”

The two locked eyes, an electric tension crackling between them. The atmosphere in the room felt stifling, as if the very walls were closing in.

Ralph’s face flushed a deep crimson, fury radiating from him. “The entire Winter Group belongs to you, Tyrone! What’s the point of putting key projects in your own name?”

Tyrone smirked, a hint of defiance in his eyes. “Winter Group doesn’t belong to me. It’s a family enterprise, yours and Grandpa’s. I’m merely executing your wishes.”

Ralph was rendered speechless, his shock palpable.

Tyrone continued, his voice steady, “I’ve meticulously planned everything—projects, cash flow, you name it. By next week, half of Winter Group’s assets will vanish. Brace yourself for the fallout.”

Ralph’s hand quivered as he jabbed a finger at Tyrone, his voice rising in fury. “You ungrateful wretch! I’ve poured my heart and soul into this family, and you’ve sabotaged the company right under my nose!”

“You insolent child! I’m your father! We’re supposed to be family!”

Tyrone retorted, “In the world of business, allowing emotions to cloud your judgment is the gravest mistake. Isn’t that what you taught me, Dad?”

Overwhelmed, Ralph’s legs buckled beneath him, and he collapsed onto the couch, his mouth twitching in disbelief.

Virginia watched Ralph, a flicker of satisfaction dancing in her eyes.

In stark contrast, Edwin remained composed, his voice measured. “Tyrone, this situation is detrimental for both sides. If Winter Group falters, you will suffer the consequences as well.”

Tyrone averted his gaze, his silence speaking volumes.

Noticing the tension, Edwin offered a compromise. “If you agree to shut down the overseas company and concentrate on Winter Group, I will allow you to make your own choice regarding your marriage.”

Tyrone’s lips pressed into a thin line. “Grandpa, if I’m to take charge of Winter Group, that’s acceptable. However, you and Dad need to stay out of my marriage—that’s just the first condition. I also want 15% of the original shares currently in your possession.”

The moment the words left his mouth, both Edwin and Ralph were taken aback, their expressions a mix of surprise and disbelief.

Ralph pointed an accusatory finger at Tyrone, his teeth grinding together in frustration. “Tyrone, he’s your grandfather! Don’t overstep your bounds.”

Tyrone met his gaze with a calm intensity. “A man who aims for greatness must possess a strong heart and unwavering resolve. Isn’t that what you’ve instilled in me as well?”

Ralph clutched his chest, nearly collapsing from the weight of Tyrone’s words.

Edwin rose slowly, his presence commanding. “If you can vow to remain loyal to Winter Group, I will grant you the shares.”

Without hesitation, Tyrone made a decisive phone call.

Moments later, Noel entered, accompanied by two lawyers.

Tyrone took the stock transfer documents from Noel and placed them deliberately in front of Edwin. “Grandpa, everything is prepared. If you’re sincere, sign right now.”

Tomorrow marked Aella’s birthday, and a wave of excitement washed over him.

**Finished**

The following evening, around 7:30, the birthday dinner for Tyrone and Aella commenced.

Since Aella’s birthday fell on a weekday, she had to complete her regular shift before she could celebrate.

By the time she finally left the office, she was already running late.

In her haste, she didn’t bother to change or freshen up; she headed straight to the hotel.

While waiting for the elevator, she unexpectedly came face to face with Peyton Whitner, a familiar face from her high school days.

Back when the Reids were still affluent, Peyton wasn’t just a classmate; she had been Aella’s closest friend.

However, after the Reids faced bankruptcy, Peyton transformed. She adopted an air of superiority, labeling Aella a “fallen heiress” and claiming she was no longer worthy of their friendship. She severed ties, ensuring that others distanced themselves from Aella as well.

Encountering someone like Peyton always put Aella in a sour mood.

Her eyes drifted to Jenny, who stood beside Peyton, and Aella frowned.

At that moment, Jenny hadn’t yet met Zera and was unaware of Aella’s past.

Still, she and Peyton were linked arm in arm, presenting the image of best friends.

Aella couldn’t help but sneer internally. Some people just naturally gravitate towards each other, regardless of circumstances.
