Margaret picked up a cookie and popped it into her mouth.

“This tin can has its uses.”

Just as the bickering continued, faint footsteps sounded from the second-floor staircase.

Norman descended, rubbing sleep from her eyes while clutching a teddy bear. Her fluffy pajamas and mussed red hair gave her a soft, adorable appearance.

Primo’s sensors instantly locked onto the new target. Abandoning the squabbling Timothy, it swiveled its wheels and zipped to the foot of the stairs. Its holographic screen blossomed with a ring of pink flowers: (_).

“Your Majesty is awake! Would you like water or juice? Shall I tell you a star-faring bedtime story? My memory holds one hundred thousand of them! I can even simulate animal sounds!”

Norman stared blankly at the faceless robot, then turned to Margaret for help. “Margaret, what is this…”

“The new robotic vacuum cleaner for the house,” Margaret declared, swallowing her cookie and settling the

matter.

Primo emitted a whining electronic protest with a wounded expression: (T_T).

“Host, I’m a special reconnaissance model! Sion even promised to install a high-frequency cutting blade for me-”

Margaret interrupted, “Go vacuum. If I find a single hair on that rug tomorrow, your charging cord gets pulled.”

“On it!” Primo immediately pivoted, extending a compact ionic vacuum brush from its right arm, and diligently began tending to the enormous wool rug in the living room.

After dinner, Primo had successfully coaxed Norman to sleep.

One had to admit the system had a knack for childcare, using holographic projections during story time that left Norman utterly captivated,

In the living room, Margaret sat cross-legged on the sofa. Timothy, positioned on the floor, dutifully massaged her calves. Cheiron sat in a nearby armchair, scrolling through hospital emails on his Holo- bracelet, occasionally sipping his coffee.

Tyrone and Quentin, having just returned, were also present.

Timothy urged, his hands maintaining a perfect pressure while his eyes flicked toward the second floor. his voice lowered, “Alright, My Lady, spill it now. Where did that tin can really come from? I checked its shell material-it’s top-secret military chassis tech from the Academy of Sciences, impossible to get on the market. Was that your purpose for visiting the Academy today?”

Margaret leaned back, getting comfortable.

“It wasn’t bought. It was always with ine.” She pointed to her own head. “Before, it lived in here.”

Timothy’s hands stilled. He looked up, his blue eyes wide with shock.

Cheiron lifted his gaze, his eyes resting on Margaret, his fingers tightening slightly around his cup. He knew the truth, but he wanted to hear how Margaret would explain it to the others.

Tyrone halted his apple-tossing, a glint of interest in his green eyes. “Lived in your head? So it knows every time you curse us out in your mind?”

Margaret rolled her eyes. “Why would I curse you out in my mind? I always do it to your faces.”

Quentin added coolly, getting straight to the point, “So, it’s a symbiotic, high-level intelligent data entity.”

“Basically. For a long time, it existed purely as data within my mind,” Margaret said offhandedly.

Timothy’s mouth opened and closed before he finally managed to say, “It lived in your head? So it saw all your thoughts? Even when you showered, changed, and… everything?”
