“Mama!” I heard my son cry upon witnessing arrows rain in my direction, especially when five arrows had pierced my body.

One near at my heart, one in my stomach, one in my legs, one in my shoulder, and one on my waist.

“I’m okay, sweetie!” I shouted, fearing that he might come. “I changed my mind, can you lift your brother and move to the corner and use the large wall that had been smashed as your shield? Hide there!”

I let out a soft chuckle. It seemed that Kaya was thinking too much even without letting me know it.

“Kaya, come out. Help me protect my son and the brother he recognize.”

A faint tremor lingers in my heart, clearly hesitant about my suggestion.

‘You’re already weakened in your state. The arrows they throw had poison! It seemed they had realized your identity! If I would be separated with you in a spiritual form, you will be more weakened!‘ My wolf hurriedly exclaimed, filled with anxiousness and worries. ‘Why don’t I call Lucien to come and help you right! I’ll call him!‘

I shook my head. “My son and his brother would be in danver. Go on, come out. Take my son and his brother to Lucien. Make sure to protect them.”

“Don’t worry, death is on my side. It won’t die.” I chuckled, calmly pulling out the poisoned arrows from my body, watching five steel arrows that was dripping with my blood, fall onto the ground.

‘Damn it! You’re gonna be the death of me!‘ Kaya cursed as she came out of me, in a spiritual form of a large scarlet wolf letting out a loud howl that shook the ground as she hurriedly went towards my son’s direction who was in the middle of moving his brother towards to the corner where I told him so.

As soon as I watched Kaya bit the corner of the child’s clothes and lifted it up, catching him to her back, the same way he did with my son as both of them already disappeared from my vision, knowing that Kaya would protect them on the way to get to Lucien, I let out a sigh in relief.

“Chase them!” One of the men who had throw an arrow at me, shouted upon seeing that the children had escape.

Chapter 174

The smile on my lips disappeared. “I won’t let you.”

Seeing that one of the ment had jump from the second floor down onto the first floor just to chase after the kids, I sprinted towards his direction, blocking him as I used the knife I had in my pocket and throw it to his neck.

Just as my condition was starting to get worser, the more worse it got, the more I move faster to end this.

In my vision, they were all slow as if I’m the only one who run normally and even if I would walk towards them, I would still be faster to me.

Yet it also damaged my body.

I have to finish this early.

“Fuck This woman is what they said to have the bloodline of the Dark Moon! Bring her back!” I heard one of them shouted, the same man who shouted to command his people earlier.

I ran towards the man who had my knife on his neck, taking out my knife and without hesitation, I plung it deep to his heart.

Watching as his body fall onto the ground, I move onto the second one especially that three of them had decided to attack me at once, probably after seeing my skills.

“Just hold on! Although her skills were terrifying, it will take a great toll on her body! She’s not immortal nor a god!”

I gritted my teeth and glared at the direction of the man who keep shouting in the second floor while watching as the three men cornered me, attacking with everything they got while trying to hold on just like what the man had commanded them to do, to buy time since my time is running out.

The corner of my lips raised as I couldn’t help but chuckle. My vision was already flickering, liquid had already dripped from my eyes like tears, yet it didn’t stop me.

Within a few minutes of playing with those three, I flicked my hands that was dripping with their blood, watching as their body fell onto the ground.

All three of them at once.

And not one of them were breathing.

I raised my head, locking an eye to the man who keep commanding earlier whose eyes were wide, shaking, and visible fear flashed on his eyes, clearly didn’t expect this to happen as if everything weren’t on his plan.

“Where are the other kids?” I coldly asked.

The man recovered immediately, the corner of his lips flashed with hideous smile. “They’re dea—”

I watched as his eyes shrank, the same that those five arrows he had sent to me and had pierced on my body, had pierced on his body too.

“Full mark.”

I watched as his body trembled, his hand was shaking as it touched the steel arrows, his pupils shrank watching at the five arrows that had hit precisely to his hearrt–all of it hit his heart.

Hearing his scream that instantly died down, I know it was already met its end. I’m just giving back what he had given.

nce An her had said that there were other kids like him who was kidnapped, I dashed further, slamming the wall with my fist, creating a way for me to enter this maze they had created.

It took me a while to find the cell–the cell where they had held those children

And right timing, there were three men who were forcing the children to stop crying, slapping them, scolding, cursing them and even threatened them with/weapons.

“Who?!” Upon feeling my presence, they stopped with what they were doing, turning their back as they raised their guards, looking at me with pure intent to kill.

“It seems that she is the intruder Jacob had managed to report before he was killed!” one of them exclaimed.

Jacob? Is he the one whom I had killed earlier with five arrows?
