Helena Wallace, on the other hand, took her time getting dressed.
"I think Mr. Hayes should focus on pacifying his wife," Helena said with a laugh. "After all, it seems I've brought you a bit of trouble."
With that, she stood up.
Sebastian Hayes looked at her.
Janetta Ramirez was absolutely triggered by Helena's nonchalant attitude.
"Helena, you shameless bitch! The Campbell family won't let you get away with this!" Janetta screamed.
Helena walked over and stopped right in front of her.
"Don't worry. A woman with your limited reach could never actually contact the Campbells. You can only rely on that big mouth of yours to run to the media. I don't care either way, but the only one who's going to end up humiliated is Mrs. Hayes." Helena smiled brightly, not looking the least bit concerned.
She continued at a leisurely pace, "Besides, isn't Mrs. Hayes the one in bigger trouble right now?"
She wasn't afraid of making a scene at all.
If anything, she wanted to blow the whole thing out of proportion.
It was impossible for Janetta not to lose her mind.
Even though Sebastian had her pinned, she struggled wildly, raising her free hand to slap Helena.
"Janetta!" Sebastian's voice turned incredibly dark.
The next second, he grabbed Janetta and dragged her right out the door.
Helena was left behind in the room.
She raised an eyebrow, staring calmly at the master bedroom door.
The sounds of Sebastian and Janetta arguing drifted in from the hallway.
Naturally, most of the noise was coming from Janetta.
But the screaming match didn't last long.
It was obvious that Sebastian had no patience for pointless bickering.
Helena knew him too well.
Years ago, even at the very end of their relationship, she and Sebastian had never gotten into a massive screaming match.
