He Never Loved Me Until the Day I Finally Left Him novel Chapter 861

He glanced down and was surprised to see Dr. Solomon Lynch calling.

He answered.

"So you've finally decided to pick up the phone?" Dr. Lynch snapped.

Sebastian remained silent.

"Julian probably already figured out where you are. He tracked you down before I even knew," Dr. Lynch stated bluntly.

The doctor was never one to beat around the bush.

He just said it as it was.

Before Sebastian could respond, he continued.

"When Helena had that fever last time, the blood test I ran came back, and the results are highly concerning," Dr. Lynch said, his tone turning dead serious.

"What do you mean?" he finally asked.

"It doesn't look like a fever caused by an infection. It looks like an overdose. Her blood is flooded with The Neurological Suppressant," Dr. Lynch explained concisely. "But this initial panel is too basic. I can't break down the exact compound without more advanced testing."

His gaze grew even darker.

He didn't say a word.

He suddenly remembered the photos of the pills he had taken.

He had meant to send them to Dr. Lynch, but there had never been a moment's peace.

With all the consecutive disasters, he had been entirely caught off guard.

"I'm sending you a picture. Give me a second," he said firmly.

Dr. Lynch raised an eyebrow, reserving judgment.

Seconds later, the picture of the pills popped up on his screen.

He looked at it.

And instantly, his brows locked together in a deep scowl.

His expression turned grim.

"Who's taking this?" Dr. Lynch asked cautiously.
