The weather isn’t favorable, I can barely see through some of the fog. and it’s starting to get dark, but what I can see is truly amazing. can’t believe I’ve refused to come here as a kid to spate my grandmother and to hurt my dad for not doing anything about the way grandma spoke to my mom.

As we approach the castle, I am left stunned. I expected something scary. Like Dracula’s castle, but I am way off. The style is stone wall, but the medieval structure is Disney–worthy and very well kept. It’s right in the center of the hills dip, which is filled with water. It’s elevated to look as if it were floating, and it large enough for the three grand towers at the top to barely peak over the hills.

“I forgot you’ve never been here before, my Grandmother reaches out for my hand. “It’s pretty, yes?”

“Pretty doesn’t even begin to describe it, I say, squeezing her hand.

“Hand her your things, Sophia,” my grandmother instructs. I hold out my bag and my carrier. She takes them and to allow me room to climb out of my grandmother’s Bentley.

“Hello, I greet the guard and bow as politely as she did. Thank you for your help.”

She stares at me, stunned for a moment.

“Sophia,” my grandmother calls.

“I’m sure they’re waiting for your call. We should catch up later.”

“How long have you been sitting on these?” the King asks me.

“They’ve been in my parents‘ home. I haven’t been there since I was thirteen, when I moved into the dorms at Artume Academy. We discovered them recently

“I discovered them to try and find a way to get her out of that city when the alphas started blocking our every exit.” Ivar says. “I didn’t know what we were looking at. I thought they were just shady business deals with the rogues. I didn’t know he was involved, Father.”

“Who has seen these?”

“I gave them to Beta Prince Carter to make public record in the court of the Alpha King.” I inform him. “Since they are packland records”

“So the Alpha King knows?”

“Yes,” Ragnar answers.
