Chapter 263
Chapter 263
Nina didn’t even have to say a word. Sean just took care of everything himself.
He wouldn’t dare mess it up.
He already felt guilty for not protecting Miranda from all the crap she went through.
If he screwed up again, he might have to spend some time in the kennel with David and the others.
Nina didn’t even bother to look up. She said coldly, “Throw them in.”

“Let me go! What are you trying to do? Someone’s gonna get killed! Are you really not scared of killing someone?” Elizabeth shouted.
“I’m sorry. Please, just let me go! I swear I’ll never treat Miranda ike that again. I’ll be good to her, I promise!” David said.
“No! Stay away from me!” Yvonne snarled.
The three from the Hawthorne family kept screaming.
Nina frowned, her voice cold. “Too noisy.”
Sean immediately ordered someone to stuff rags into their mouths, gagging all three of them.
Instantly, the place became much quieter.
Just then, a few people burst in from outside, and one of them cried out, “Dad, Auntie, Grandma!”
A girl in a dress rushed in, her face pale with shock as she saw three people inside the kennel, being chased and bitten by the dogs.
“Mom, William, Yvonne, what’s going on here?” the others called out.
“Help! They’re going to kill us!” Elizabeth yelled, scrambling to dodge the snarling dogs snapping at her heels.
The group’s expressions changed instantly, and they hurried inside.
They saw a young woman in her early twenties sitting confidently on the couch, one leg draped over the other, holding a glass of red wine she’d just poured. The bottle beside her was still nearly full.
She was flanked on both sides by bodyguards dressed in black.
William stood right behind her.
The group scowled and shot William sharp looks. “William, whats going on here?”
It was Jackson, William’s younger brother, who spoke up.
William rubbed his temples and quickly gave Jackson a warning lance. “Don’t say anything Just watch
He really didn’t want Nina to deal with anyone else.
After all, they were his family, and it pained him to see them suring like this.
But just as he finished speaking, Nina suddenly cut in. “Perfect thing”
Nina turned to Miranda and asked, “Did any of them ever mess with you

It was just that Edward’s third son, Leon, and his wife Lillian, would sometimes judge her for her mom’s past at the club.
Still, whenever David punished her by making her skip meals, both Lillian and Kayla, Jackson’s wife, would secretly toss her some food.
It was just some bread, but to Miranda, it meant the world.
Nina shot Jackson and the others a cold glance. “Lesson three: when someone shows you kindness, you owe them. Go on, grab a chair for each of them and invite them to sit down and enjoy the show.”
Jackson was left speechless. He thought, ‘Seriously? Do you even hear yourself right now?
My mom, my brother, and my sister are locked up in that kenne, and you expect us to sit here and watch?’
Emily snapped. “Hey, who do you think you are? What gives you the right to barge into the Hawthorne family and bully my dad? The Hawthorne family runs this place.
“You’d better let my dad go and apologize, and maybe we’ll let you off easy. Otherwise, I’ll have my you’ll never forget!”

Nina looked up, letting out a mocking laugh. She glanced at Miranda and said, “She’s got a razor-sharp tongue. Looks like she’s been bullying you too, huh?”
Miranda glared at Emily with resentment. “Yeah,” she replied.
“Then toss her in with the others,” Nina said, swirling her wine glass like it was nothing out of the ordinary.
