Chapter 337 List the Benefits
Especially old soldiers, who were disciplined, skilled, and loyal.
Orion froze. He didn’t expect her to agree so easily, or even help cover costs.

A wave of gratitude hit him so hard that he almost couldn’t breathe. For a moment, he couldn’t speak.
Melton grinned, slapped Orion’s back firmly, and whispered, “I’ll go with you.”
He had once thought about bringing his old comrades over, too, but they all believed he was struggling and didn’t want to drag him down, so they refused, no matter what he said.
Now that Orion would be the one reaching out, it would be different.
Orion nodded hard, then bowed deeply to Elizabeth. “Thank you, Boss! They’ll be so grateful!”
He understood this wasn’t just a new start for him. It might also open a door for those forgotten comrades still struggling to survive.
After sending Orion off, Elizabeth opened her device and pulled up the recruitment post on Starnet, starting to edit it.
The farm was still short on staff.
But because of Planet A001’s location, the post on Starnet had barely gotten any attention from the start.
Relying only on people recommended by the Hewitts wasn’t enough.
And Orion’s sudden application had sparked something in her.
It came from the crowd gathering outside the farm gate.
Who were they?
Some were children of major noble families, military branches, and sharp scouts sent by different forces. Others were visitors drawn by reputation or personal goals.
What they represented wasn’t just wealth and power. It was a huge network of connections.
So why not turn that network into a hiring channel for the farm?

She acted immediately.
After finishing the edits, she called Tiffany over, who was patrolling the labor camp.

“Tiffany, I have something for you.” Elizabeth got straight to the point, pulling up a holographic screen and typing quickly. “Write an official recruitment notice for the farm. Make it eye–catching. Clearly list the benefits–especially these two.”
She highlighted them. It was “Priority internal purchase rights for farm products” and “50% discount for employees and their immediate family members.”
Tiffany studied the draft with surprise and confusion. “Boss, recruitment? Now? Here?” She gestured toward the noise outside. “You see those people out there. They’re rich and powerful. Even the weakest among them has a mid–ranking officer in the family or is some local big shot. Do you want them or their family members to come here and work? That seems…”
She honestly couldn’t picture those stuck–up heirs and heiresses in custom outfits arriving in private spaceships, rolling up their sleeves to work the fields, or doing any other basic farm job.
Elizabeth just smiled, calm and slightly playful. “They might not want it. That doesn’t mean people they know won’t. As you said, they’re rich and powerful, full of connections. Among their relatives and friends, there will always be people who fell on hard times and need a way out, people with talent who were ignored, people tired of political fighting who just want stability, and even retired soldiers like Orion, who are wounded, pushed aside, and looking for a place to recover.”
She tapped the two highlighted benefits. “And we have this. Tiffany, think about it. What are our products selling out there? How many big shots spend money and pull strings just to get a few extra strawberries or tomatoes? Priority buying rights mean steady access to rare goods. And a 50% discount can save a lot over time. For people who truly need it or can calculate the value, the ‘hidden benefits‘ may be more attractive than the salary itself.”
Tiffany went quiet. Slowly, her eyes brightened as she followed the logic.
