“No, it’s fine but thank you for the offer brother, I may need to go and see them tomorrow when we get back home, and once I’ve got my paperwork done. I may have left it a little late and it may now need to be done by end of day tomorrow!” A chuckle escapes my mouth knowing I’m going to be in trouble.

“Late paperwork huh?” I look his way and thankfully he’s got a wide smirk across his face.

“I’ll let you off this time!” He chuckles through the link and I can’t help but laugh myself.

“Don’t worry about any paperwork if you need to go see them just let me know what needs doing and I’ll get it done for you and before you try and disagree don’t bother, or I’ll set Brooke on you!” I look over to him to see him smirking at me, Brooke is not one to be messed with.

“Ok ok, I’ll let you know!” I laugh back through our link as everyone starts to leave the packhouse. We step inside, everyone gets seated and the only two seats left in our SUV are next to Jake and Sarah, OVBIOUSLY! I can’t hide how pissed off I am and Beth is quick to notice.

“Hey, Jake would you mind sitting next to Sarah, please? I need to talk about some stuff with Beta Liam before we get there!” Her angel voice works its magic on him as he gets up and takes the seat next to Sarah, neither of them looks amused by this but I don’t give a f**k as long as they ain’t near us!

As soon as we sit down Beth looks to me and says “Spill” I try to foreign innocence but she’s not fooled by it, I can’t tell her my problem with Jake but I can tell her about Sarah so I dive in explaining everything to her as the SUV leaves the parklands and heads for the ceremony.
