Bethany

It’s Friday and Ashley’s birthday and I can’t wait for tonight. It’s only 6 am but I’m too excited for any more sleep! I make quick work of showering and drying my hair before heading into my closest to find today’s outfit. I decide to go with my black skinny jeans,

white pullover jumper and my black hugs, winter is slowly creeping in and it gets chilly for us that don’t have our wolves yet.

I leave my hair hanging loosely down my back, put on some mascara and lip balm and grab my school bag and Ashley’s gift before heading for the kitchen. I’m greeted by Joseph, Mary, Ashley and Jack as I step into the kitchen and everyone is all smiles. Brookes already linked me letting me know she was right behind me with Cal and Bella.

“Happy birthday baby cakes!” I sing out to a happy looking Ashley. Don’t ask me where the name came from, I called him it one day and it’s just stuck. I’m quickly hugging him as I hear a noise behind me and in walks, Brooke, Cal and a giggling Bella, soon everyone’s attention is on Ashley and he’s loving every minute of it as he should. Soon we’re all tucking into our breakfast and he’s opening his gifts excitement pouring out of him like a little kid!

“Ashley after school we are heading to the mall for some serious pampering and retail therapy, then it’s back here and your all Jack’s, Brooke and Katie are coming too!” He doesn’t even try and argue it, he couldn’t be any more excited if he tried.

Thankfully school went by quickly today, Brooke text earlier to say she and Ashley would pick me and Katie up from school to head straight to the mall, I’m guessing Jack wanted Ashley out of there asap.

The mall was crazy busy today Fridays always are but Jack thought ahead and booked us all appointments for our hair and nails so there was no waiting around, I love that guy and 3 hours later and we were all pampered and feeling great. We then went to buy new outfits for tonight, I think Ashley bought half the shop but he knows Jack won’t care.

It was starting to get late and we knew we’d need time to get ready so Katie made up an excuse about needing to head back, we had already missed dinner at the packhouse so we went with takeout from Dennys and stuffed our faces on the way back, Jack has told Ashley to dress up for tonight as he has a surprise so luckily that saves us needing to make excuses for that part.

Once we’re on pack land’s I send Jack a text to let him know and he’s there waiting at the front door when we pull up looking chuffed with himself, looks like all his hard work is paying off.

Jack wants everyone outside where the party will be at 8 pm before he brings Ashley out which leaves me with 1 hour to get ready, luckily with our hair and nails already done it won’t be too hard to do, Katie and Brooke decide to get ready at mine so once Jack has Ashley distracted, we quickly make our way up the Alpha floor and into my bedroom, let the fun begin!

Alpha Calvin

“How’s he doing doc?” I come over to the pack hospital once a day to check up on Jacoby, I trust doc of course but the Alpha in me needs to see for myself that he’s still in a coma.

“He’s improving every day; I have faith that he will wake up soon Alpha!” Doc looks confident and of course, part of me is glad he’s doing good but there’s still that part of me that wouldn’t care less if he died after what he did to Bethany, it’s a hard position to be in and I honestly don’t know what outcome I want more.

“Doc, Luna is on her way over, can you see her now?”

“Doc, Luna is on her way over, can you see her now?”

“Of course, Alpha, I hope she’s, ok?” Before I can answer him, I’m hit with the mouth watering scent that belongs to my mate, I turn around to see her beautiful smile as she makes her way over to us. She greets me with a kiss before I take her hand and lead her into the doc’s office.

“It’s a pleasure to see you both Alpha and Luna, how can I help you today?”
