His Plump Mate (Book 1: The 'His' Series) novel Chapter 661

Sinclair POV

I went to my room and showered. I have bruises on my face. I look rough. I’m not doing any video for Adrian tonight. I don’t want him seeing me like this. I know he will be disappointed, but I don’t want him worrying about me. I’ll send one when it heals.

I showered, put on some pajamas, and made my way to bed. I grabbed the game controller and sent a message to Adrian.

[Sin: Update today. I gave Julian thirty percent of his money back. He typed the account number into my laptop. It recorded the account number. I’ll be cutting off that supply soon.]

[Adrian: That’s great! How is my little sin doing tonight?]

[Sin: Exhausted. It’s been a long day. I had Angelo modify some dismantled trackers. I will be installing them soon enough.]

[Adrian: Are you okay?]

[Sin: Yes. Tired. How are Phoenix and Irene?]

[Adrian: Perfect as always. Although, Irene spit up on me today and Phoenix thought it would be fun to pee all over me while I was changing his diaper.]

[Sin: LOL – Excellent! Wish I had a picture of that. I’d frame it.]

[Adrian: I’ve been taking lots of videos and pictures of them. When you get back, we can put them in albums and store the video on a cloud account or something.]

My eyes began to sting. He remembered. I want every moment remembered. I don’t want them growing up like me, with no pictures and only bad memories.

[Sin: I can’t wait to see them all, and hear all the stories.]

[Adrian: After I get my fill of you.]

[Sin: LOL. Which is never.]

[Adrian: You’re right. I never do.]

I switched the subject. I want to give Adrian a heads-up about Julian’s pack. The more I am around them, the more instability is seen through the cracks.

[Sin: Julian’s pack doesn’t respect one another. Warriors bully pack members. Two bullied Angelo earlier. It’s not a stable pack.]

[Adrian: That’s good information. You didn’t intervene, did you?]

[Sin: Don’t ask questions you already know the answer to, Adrian.]

[Adrian: You are going to put a target on your back, little Sin.]

[Sin: I’ve had a target on my back since day one. Ronan and Candy know I’m here.]

[Adrian: WHAT?!]

[Sin: It shouldn’t surprise you. Julian has kept them off me. I’m okay for now. If that changes, I will have fun beating them up with this newfound Alpha energy.]

[Adrian: Not helping my anxiety, little sin.]

There is a knock at my door. Fuck. I wasn’t expecting visitors.

[Sin: Someone is knocking. I need to go. I love you!]

I sighed. I am not going to respond right now. As much as I want to, I don’t want him thinking that I’m in danger because Julian dropped off food. This is getting harder and harder. I want to go back home.

Adrian POV

I waited for a couple of hours for Sinclair to message me back, but she never did. I’m worried something happened. It wasn’t until almost midnight that I heard a ping. It was a video.

I sat up, excited. I wasn’t expecting one tonight. She said she was exhausted and then cut the conversation short tonight. I want to know who came to visit, but my eyes are glued to the video she sent me.

I made a request, hoping to make her blush or say ‘no’, and then I could get a rise out of her. But instead, she did exactly what I requested, while practically having me salivating. By the end of the video, her legs were shaking, and I could see her glistening.

I’m getting ready to type again when another video came through. This time, she was doing something else, and even though her legs were still shaking from the first video, it was still erotic. When she was finished, she looked into the camera.

“I love you, and only you, Adrian. I can’t wait to be in your arms again. I’m missing you, and craving you. Good night.”

I immediately sent her a message.

[Adrian: Those videos were amazing and sexy, little sin. I love you so fucking much. We will be together again soon. Good night.]

I looked at her beautiful face again. Then I noticed something. It’s faint, but it’s there. Someone hit her. Anger is rising inside of me. I am killing someone.

[Adrian: Who hit you?]

I waited fifteen minutes, and it sat unread. This is killing me. What happened to my mate?
