He lifted his head, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"Bedroom."

"Hmm?"

Aside from that one blurry night in the past, this was the first time Jorrod was properly staying over.

They were completely alone, the tension was unbearable, and they had just laid all their feelings bare. Everything flowed naturally, exactly as it was meant to.

Halfway through, Jorrod pulled back, kneeling between her legs. He reached over to the nightstand, smoothly pulling open the drawer and grabbing a condom.

Sienna's eyes widened slightly as she lay there.

The bedside lamp was a new one Jorrod had bought her recently, though it looked almost identical to the old one.

In the soft glow, she had a perfect view of his abs. The light carved stark shadows across his muscles, making him look like a masterpiece straight out of an art gallery.

She hadn't imagined it the other night—his body was definitely more defined than it was before his memory returned.

She couldn't help but wonder if he had trained this hard just for her.

Her eyes tracked his movements.

He sat back slightly, though one hand remained possessively on her waist as if he refused to let her go completely. With his free hand, he brought the small square packet to his mouth and tore it open with his teeth.

Sienna frowned.

Suddenly remembering Kelsey's warning, she pulled the blanket up and sat up.

"Wait, no. It can rip easily if you do it like that."

Jorrod glanced at her, then reached over and grabbed a fresh one.

Sienna still shook her head. "That one is too small."

Jorrod paused, a lazy smirk tugging at his lips. "So you prefer them big?"

Sienna gasped, grabbing a pillow beside her and swatting it hard against his bare arm like a scolding teacher.

He didn't dodge. His eyes were brimming with amusement. Once she was done hitting him, he reached out and gently smoothed her messy hair. "Save your energy."

Sienna got back to the point. "My friend told me that if the size is wrong, it's prone to breaking. Didn't you feel uncomfortable using that size?" She clearly remembered him complaining about this exact size in the past.

Of course, she kept that thought to herself. If she said it out loud, he'd probably find a way to get jealous of his own past self.

Jorrod thought back. "A little tight, but it was fine."
