"Wait, no, no," Silas said, shooting up from his seat.
He definitely didn't want to play the dutiful grandson.
"Sorry, Theodore, but with Jorrod gone, every major and minor issue at the company falls on my shoulders. I won't overstay my welcome. See you, Theodore, see you, Theron."

Early the next morning.
The very first thing Sienna did was order a king-size bed for her guest room.
Of course, it wasn't one of those million-dollar luxury beds.
Originally, she lived in this apartment alone, and the guest room served as her study where she read and sketched.
Now that Jorrod was permanently staying over with no set departure date, she couldn't exactly make him sleep on the floor every night.
Given that they were a man and a woman living alone, having separate bedrooms was just more convenient.
Once that was handled, Sienna used the free time before her first day at the new job to buy Jorrod some daily necessities and clothes.
After all, she couldn't have him wearing disposable slippers and using disposable towels every day.
It wasn't eco-friendly.
The man was far too striking. To keep a low profile, Sienna specifically bought him black masks.
She tilted her head up slightly.
Watching his long, slender fingers hook the black elastic bands and loop them gently behind his ears.
It was the simplest action, yet unexpectedly captivating.
There was one thing she had never changed her mind about: Jorrod might have an absolutely terrible personality, but his face was undeniably flawless.
The black mask covered the lower half of his face, the fabric pushed up high by the bridge of his nose, leaving only his straight nasal bone and beautiful eyes exposed. He looked exactly like a celebrity walking the streets.
With just a slight raise of her hand, Jorrod understandingly lowered his head a bit to make it easier for her.
