On their way to another dining room, they ran into Terrence Tate coming from the main entrance.
He was pushing a suitcase, with Noah Sterling trailing closely behind him.
Noah had just been picked up from campus by Terrence. His hair was tossed into a messy windswept look, and he was casually holding a half-empty bottle of water.
He had grown taller, his limbs long and lean, his features shedding their boyhood softness for a sharper, more refined structure.
The childishness was gone, replaced by the striking, handsome charm of a young man.
Spotting Finn and Sienna from afar, Noah threw his arms up in the air, waving wildly with a bright, unrestrained grin.
"Finn! Sienna! I made it!"
His eyes darted slightly, and he froze when he noticed Georgina standing right next to them.
"What are you doing here? Isn't this a private family dinner?"
Georgina found him annoying. Extremely annoying.
But with Sienna right there, she forced herself to swallow her eye-roll, plastered on a blindingly bright, entirely fake smile, and waved at him.
"Hi there."
"I'm not doing great, actually." Noah reached up and rubbed his right shoulder, his tone deadpan and completely serious. "That spot you rammed into last time still aches whenever it rains. I probably have permanent nerve damage now, and I'm only nineteen."
Georgina's smile twitched, but she managed to maintain the facade.
"I am so incredibly sorry. If you ever need medical compensation, just let me know."
It was meant to be sarcastic politeness.
But Noah eagerly took a half-step closer.
"I don't even have your contact info. How am I supposed to find you? Are you just saying that to look good?"
Georgina's fake smile completely shattered. Grinding her teeth, she pulled out her phone.
"My mistake. Let's add each other right now."
Noah happily scanned her code. Once it went through, he grabbed the suitcase from Terrence and shoved it right in front of Georgina.
"Here. Push this. I need your compensation right now."
Hearing the commotion, Sienna turned around and shot him a warning glare, keeping her voice low.
"Noah. Carry your own luggage."
Noah pouted, reluctantly dragging his suitcase back to his side, and grumpily matched Georgina's pace.
As soon as they sat down in the private dining room, York leaned halfway out of his chair, his sweet, childish voice echoing loudly.
"Dad, I want to sit next to you."
Noah had just brought his water glass to his lips, and he nearly did a spit-take.
"Where did this kid come from?"
Georgina's heart skipped a beat as well, but she was far more composed than Noah. She merely shot a subtle sideways glance at Sienna, not saying a word.
Noah, however, had absolutely zero patience.
