Sienna spun around and walked away.
"Sienna!" Finn called after her, immediately giving chase.
But she had already disappeared.
The next day, Highland Gardens was missing someone.
Finn didn't show up.
The heavy, pitch-black armor hung neatly on a rack, unoccupied.
The dark ruby on the sword's scabbard caught a flicker of light, then faded back into the shadows.
Even though he wasn't there, every makeup artist, stylist, and assistant could talk about nothing else.
Sienna pretended she couldn't hear them, secretly breathing a sigh of relief.
Director Cross stood in the center of the set, his face thunderous as he barked orders at the remaining cast members.
"That Fletcher guy is an absolute piece of garbage. Just act normally, don't let it affect you. Also, the investors gave the order—this is our last day here. Next week, we're moving the shoot to a different location."
Standing in the crowd, Sienna lifted her head at those words.
"Director, my contract specifically states that the performances take place at this location. Changing venues is an alteration of a core contractual clause. I am under no obligation to follow you."
The director froze.
He gaped at Sienna, his mouth opening and closing like a fish.
"What are you playing at?"
"It means this contract is officially terminated." Sienna removed her floral crown and set it down on the table.
Her movements were light, but uncompromisingly decisive.
"You unilaterally changed the performance location, which gives me the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement. I won't be paying a single cent of the penalty fee."
The director's face turned completely purple.
"You—!"
"If you have any objections, feel free to take legal action." Sienna looked at him, her eyes completely calm.
"Page seven, clause three of the contract clearly states that changing the performance venue requires written consent from both parties. You never notified me, let alone asked for my approval. You breached the contract first."
The director whipped his head toward Landon, silently begging him to intervene.
Landon kept his head bowed, refusing to make eye contact.
He looked desperately at the rest of the crew, but everyone was staring at the floor, terrified to speak.
The young assistant hurriedly agreed, too terrified to push back.
"Tell the editor to cut it together perfectly. Throw some dramatic music over it and hype it up."
That night, the video was uploaded online.
Within an hour, views broke past the hundred-thousand mark.
The comment section exploded.
[This guy isn't acting. He's putting his actual soul into it.]
[Oh my god. That look in his eyes. He loves her so much, but she doesn't love him anymore? This is devastating. The angst is insane.]
[I'm begging you, let them get back together.]
[No! Don't look back, Muse! A man who makes you cry isn't worth it!]
The internet completely split into two factions.
One side was desperately rooting for the Muse to forgive him, while the other furiously demanded she stay far away.
But soon, a new comment began rapidly surging to the top, hitting the number-one spot.
[This Spring Muse is actually a female doctor. She's completely shameless and has been acting as a sugar baby for some rich heir. Click the link for the full tea...]
