"What's wrong with it? She went viral. She's basically an influencer now."

"An influencer? An ER doctor trying to be an internet celebrity? That's just embarrassing."

"Embarrassing? She works herself to the bone here in the ER. She probably makes more in a day online than she does in a month at St. Jude's."

Though their voices were hushed, fragmented words still drifted over to Sienna.

She walked past them without breaking her stride, her expression utterly composed.

"Sienna, you are working way too hard. The ER is chaotic enough without you taking on side gigs."

Sienna didn't even glance at the screen.

"You went viral! You're practically internet royalty right now." Penny's voice edged with genuine concern.
