Inferno Demon Riders MC: My Five Obsessed Bullies novel Chapter 158

Kylian/Karma’s P.O.V.

***************************************************

The moment I got Bly back to our room, I felt like the weight of the world was on my shoulders. I was already exhausted, already not looking forward to tomorrow, already stressed beyond belief. Bly just had to press me, had to ask question after question, and had to get mad that I wouldn’t answer anything.

“Karma, just tell me what’s going on-”

“If I tell you that I promise you’ll get your revenge, will you please just let it go?” I cut her off. “I know you’re pi.ssed, Spark. I know you want to know more. I know you want to help, but you know almost as much as I do. I’ve been honest with you about almost everythin’.”

“Yeah, okay,” she huffed out, flinging back the covers on our bed before turning to look at me. “Tell me, does Quinn also send you nudes and flirt with you? And the others? Or is it just Ps.ycho that’s hiding it from me?” she asked.

Damnit.

“Thought I didn’t know?” She asked with a raised brow.

“How’d you find out about that?” I asked curiously. Does Psy.cho know that she knows? He can’t. He’d be freaking out. He’d have told me.

“Saw it on his phone while he was in the shower last night,” she replied with a shrug, looking away from me. “I read it all. Everything that she’s been sending him.”

“You didn’t confront him?” I asked. “Or me, earlier?”

Bly shrugged again as she sat on the bed.

“It was obvious he wasn’t replying or interested in what she was selling,” she told me. “But I still hated seeing it. I knew you knew, and I knew you were keeping it from me, so I didn’t freak out. It’s also obvious that Ps.ycho is terrified of me finding out, so I really wasn’t sure how to broach the subject.”

I smiled at her as I got down on my knees in front of her. I grabbed her hands in mine and waited for her to meet my eyes. Then I reached up to tuck some of her hair behind her ear, my fingers lingering there, loving how soft she is.

“Tell me how you feel,” I demanded but in a gentle tone.

Bly huffed and crossed her arms, yanking her hand away from mine.

“Pi.ssed off,” she stated. “I feel like you think I can’t handle anything.”

“That’s not what I think, baby,” I said. “It’s not that I think you can’t handle it. It’s that I don’t want you to have to. I admit that none of us wanted you to know what Quinn was doin’. Things between the five of us are… still fragile, still new. We thought you’d freak out.”

“Well, I did text her back pretending to be Psy.cho and then blocked her number,” she blurted, shocking the fu.ck out of me.

“Okay, well, we’ve already tried blockin’ her, and it didn’t help, but what did you say, Spark?” I asked, feeling slightly amused.

“Something along the lines of the club girls looking so much better than her and how desperation isn’t his thing,” she replied, sticking her nose in the air.

“Glad you had enough sense not to say sh.it about yourself,” I mumbled as I moved her legs, pushing her further onto the bed.

“I could clearly see that she wants to pretend like I’m not here,” she said.

“Pretend?” I asked.

“I’m not stupid, Kylian,” she bit out, clearly offended as she narrowed her eyes at me. “We have a rat here already and the fact that this woman didn’t try to send any proof at all… suspicious.”

I smiled at her, trying not to let the pride swell in my chest. Bly is smart. Way smarter than I give her credit for. I knew she knew about the rat, but I never told her who it was. Or how I found out.

“You know who our rat is?” I asked her, feeling a bit curious as I sat on the bed.

Bly looked at me for a moment, like she was afraid to answer.

“It’s Cherry, isn’t it?” She mumbled softly. I stared at her for a moment, but she continued before I could reply. “I see your eyes linger on her. In a hard way. I’ve noticed more brothers paying closer attention to her. I’ve noticed that you make sure whoever is watching me gets closer when she’s around. I thought it was Claw at first, but…” She trailed off, waiting for me to cut in.

“It’s not Claw,” I finally said. “He’s a douche, but his old prez vouched for him. Man is just a big fu.ckboy, but a decent brother.” I stared at her for another moment, wondering if I should just tell her. I suppose it couldn’t hurt since the big fight is coming. “I wouldn’t have suspected Cherry at first. I only did because one of the things that made Claw a suspect was that he was transferred here right after your 18th birthday. Got me thinkin’ about who else showed up here around that time.”

“And Cherry did?” she asked.

I nodded.

“Said she was here for a transfer. It was when Pops was still prez. I don’t think he suspected a thing,” I told her. “None of us questioned our prez either, but I called the chapter she said she transferred from. They never sent in a transfer for anyone to us, ever. After givin’ her description and what she told us was her real name, the prez had never heard of her. CG did a background check on the name she gave us. It was fake. However…” I trailed off, unsure if I really wanted to unload this right now.

“It’s okay Kylian,” she said softly. “You can tell me.”

I blew out a long breath before going on.
