Chapter 178
Dora had the kitchen prepare home cooked meals for Felix. She even asked around about his favorite dishes and packed everything up for Fiona to deliver to Hernandez Group.
As Fiona was about to leave, Dora reminded her again and again, “Remember what Summer said. Men like women who are gentle and demure. Got it?”
Fiona actually agreed with Summer on that.
She nodded. “I know.”
Honestly, if her temper was bad, it was Stella’s fault.
Ever since that woman married into the Wright family, Fiona had been on edge all the time.
If not for Stella constantly provoking her, would she be this irritable?
Once she finished delivering the food to Felix, she would deal with that woman properly.
Fiona got into the car and left.
The housekeeper stood behind Dora and said quietly, “I just hope Miss Fiona can keep her temper in check. I’ve heard the eldest son of the Hernandez family isn’t easy to deal with.”
Felix had only been back in Harbor City for a few months.
But even in that short time, rumors had already spread that he was not someone to cross.
Anyone who did not know their place around him never ended well.
And Fiona had never been the type to flatter anyone.
If those two clashed head-on, this would not end well.
Dora sighed. “I’ve told her everything I can. Let’s just hope she understands.”
With the Summers now on shaky ground, the Wright family needed an alliance with the Hernandez family
more than ever.
No powerful family climbed to the top alone.
They all relied on strong alliances.
And now that the Baileys were on the verge of collapse-
Dora was desperate for things to work out between Fiona and Felix.

Fiona arrived at the Hernandez Group headquarters in a tailored Chanel outfit.
As she stepped out of the car, she adjusted her hair with a proud tilt of her chin.
She glanced up at the towering building.

In Harbor City, the only company that could truly rival Wright Group was Hernandez Group.
Holding the insulated container, she walked straight into the lobby.
The receptionist immediately stepped forward politely. “Good afternoon, miss. How can I help you?”
“I’m here to see your CEO. Felix,” Fiona said, adjusting her sunglasses.
The moment the receptionist heard Felix’s name, a flicker of something crossed her eyes.
Barely noticeable, but there.
It was obvious many women had come looking for him before.
And when she noticed the container in Fiona’s hand, it became even clearer what she was here for.
Still, she kept her tone professional. “Do you have an appointment?”
Fiona lifted her chin slightly. “I’m his fiancée. Do I need one?”
Receptionist: “.”
Fiancée?
Of Mr. Hernandez?
That was a new one.
“I’m sorry,” the receptionist said politely. “That status still requires prior approval. You’ll need Mr. Hernandez’s confirmation before going upstairs.”
“Then call him.”
“I’m sorry, but Mr. Hernandez hasn’t been in the office today.”
Fiona’s patience was already running thin.
“He’s not here? Then find out where he is.”
The receptionist hesitated. “…”
Fiona’s temper flared.
She took off her sunglasses and shot the receptionist a sharp look.
“I’ll wait in his office. Call him and ask when he’ll be back.”
“I’m sorry, that’s not allowed.”
