Back at the luxury shopping complex.

Hugo leaned casually against a marble pillar, arms crossed over his broad chest. His cold eyes tracked Nora as she navigated through the milling crowd.

He slipped a crumpled photograph from his pocket, gave it a brief, confirming glance, and tucked it back away.

"That's her."

"Obviously it's her," Harvey's arrogant drawl crackled through the earpiece. "Didn't you notice Olive O'Neil shadowing her?"

They didn't know Nora personally, but they absolutely recognized Olive.

And at that exact moment, Olive was aggressively slurping down a massive mango smoothie, her sharp eyes scanning the perimeter around Nora.

She rolled her eyes in sheer boredom. She would never understand the female obsession with mall-crawling.

Did they really need to buy all this garbage?

Wasn't online shopping objectively superior?

She loudly sucked the last dregs of her smoothie up the straw, crunching on the leftover ice with obnoxiously loud snaps.

Her gaze remained firmly locked on Nora, who was just stepping out of a trendy designer boutique. Olive was about to close the distance when her peripheral vision caught a suspicious blur of movement.

Before she could react, a heavy shoulder violently slammed into hers.

"Sorry about that..." muttered a man in a black leather jacket, already pivoting to rush away.

"Sorry my ass! You think you can swipe my phone and walk away? You must have a death wish!" Olive's eyes narrowed to dangerous slits. Without hesitation, she hurled her heavy plastic cup like a fast-ball.

The empty cup sailed through the air in a perfect arc, nailing the thief square in the back of the head and splattering sticky mango residue into his hair.

But the man didn't even flinch. He just broke into a dead sprint.

"Stop right there!"

Olive roared, instantly bolting after him like a hound catching a scent...
