Hudson had been keeping a watchful eye on the situation from a distance. Seeing what happened, he closed the gap in a few long strides. "Are you alright?"

Nora shook her head frantically. "I'm fine. Check on Sienna!"

Hudson swept a detached gaze over Sienna's unconscious form on the ground, then lifted his chin toward Arthur, who was standing right behind him.

Catching the silent order, Arthur stepped forward, leaned down, and scooped Sienna into his arms.

"Get her to the hospital," Hudson ordered.

"Yes, Boss."

Meanwhile, outside the emergency room at Northampton General Hospital.

Nora paced anxiously in the hallway, her fingers mindlessly twisting the hem of her coat.

Hudson stood by her side, wrapping a comforting arm around her shoulders. "Don't worry. I'm sure she'll be fine."

A short while later, the ER doors swung open.

"Who is the family member?"

"I'm her friend," Nora said, rushing forward. "Doctor, how is she? Why did she suddenly faint?"

The doctor gave her a level look. "She's pregnant."

Nora froze, the words taking a long moment to register in her brain.

"...Pregnant?"

"Yes, seven weeks along."

Nora frowned slightly, suddenly recalling how Sienna had been dry-heaving at the dinner table earlier. At the time, she claimed it was just an upset stomach.

So that was it.

Was it Finnian's child?

"The mother needs rest to protect the pregnancy. She must avoid extreme emotional fluctuations. Your friend seems to be under an immense amount of stress, and her body is already showing signs of exhaustion. It would be best for her to take some time to recover in peace."

"Understood. Thank you, Doctor."

The curtains of the ER parted as a nurse wheeled the hospital bed out.

Sienna lay there, her complexion terrifyingly pale.

Nora followed the bed, leaning down to speak softly. "Sienna?"

Sienna's eyelashes fluttered before she slowly opened her eyes.

It seemed she hadn't fully shaken off the unconsciousness yet; her pupils remained unfocused for a second before finally locking onto Nora.

"Nora?"

"You're awake." Nora reached out to feel her forehead. "Are you hurting anywhere?"

Sienna shook her head and tried to push herself up by the edge of the bed, but Nora gently pressed her back down by the shoulders.

"Don't move. Stay lying down."

"What happened to me?"

Nora looked at her, staying silent for a few seconds before softly breaking the news. "You're pregnant."

Sienna's expression barely shifted.

Nora knew there was no changing Sienna's mind. She seemed careless on the surface, but underneath, she was incredibly stubborn.

Once she made a decision, nothing in the world could drag her back.

"So, where do you plan to go?"

"I don't know yet. I'll just see where the road takes me." Sienna let out a light laugh and hooked her arm through Nora's. "Come on, Nora, cheer up. You're about to be a godmother!"

Nora offered a helpless smile. "Just promise me you'll stay safe..."

Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a bank card and handed it to Sienna. "This is my nest egg. The PIN is your birthday. Take it..."

"Ooh, how much is in here?" Sienna grabbed it immediately, her eyes sparkling.

Nora couldn't tell whether to laugh or cry. "A million dollars. More than enough to keep you and the baby living comfortably."

"Wow, marrying into wealth really makes a person generous. I guess I'm reaping the benefits too."

"Just take good care of yourself and the baby."

"Relax, I will."

"Call me as soon as you settle down, you hear me?!" Nora demanded, pouting and trying to look fierce.

"Loud and clear! Both ears heard you!"

Sienna tugged playfully at her own ears and rolled her eyes, but out of the corner of her eye, she spotted Hudson standing a short distance away.

She instantly retracted her gaze and poked Nora's stomach. "What about you? You've been married for half a year now. Why is there no news on your end?"
