After the blonde woman returned, she sat next to William, laughing and drinking, even giving Aurora a smile. Aurora, however, couldn’t return the smile. The way the woman sat and the bulge under her clothes were all too familiar to her – it was a gun.

William spoke up, “Mr. Ironside, the price is set. Five crates of arms for two kilograms of the goods.”

Eamon shook his head, “Three crates.”

William laughed sinisterly, “Mr. Ironside, you know the rules of our circle. You’re pushing it with that price. Are you sure you want the goods, or are you perhaps a cop?”

Eamon replied with a light smile, “Of course not. Just business talk among traders.”

“If we can’t agree, then let’s forget it. We won’t bother Mr. William further,” Heath interjected.

He nudged Aurora, who then said, “I’ll just go to the restroom.”

Without a word from William, Aurora left the private room. Several people in the hallway gave her a second glance as she casually made

her way to the restroom.

The situation was clear this was no ordinary business meeting but rather a deal involving arms and ‘goods‘, and Eamon’s presence

clearly indicated it was a KING organization matter.

As Aurora turned on the tap, the water’s sound was loud and clear. The blonde woman followed her into the restroom. Aurora, washing her hands, saw her in the mirror and offered a friendly smile.

“The talk between Mr. Fairbank and William doesn’t seem to be going well,” the blonde woman commented.

Aurora replied with a smile, “Is that so? His temper isn’t the best. I’m afraid the deal might not go through.”

The blonde woman smiled back, “William really wants to close this deal. He’s a bit anxious and would like your help, Miss.”

Aurora feigned surprise, “Can I help? I’d be honored to facilitate their cooperation!”

The blonde woman nodded and moved closer to Aurora, “Of course, your role is quite significant.”

As she approached, Aurora suddenly elbowed her in the chest and followed with a hook punch to her jaw, hitting both spots precisely. The blonde woman was momentarily unable to speak.

Aurora quickly removed the woman’s high heels and pressed the sharp heel against her throat, leaving her unable to scream or even breathe loudly.

Aurora, who was meant to be a hostage to threaten Heath, had never expected this seemingly delicate girl to be so agile.

Aurora searched the woman’s waist and took her gun, whispering, “Don’t make a sound, and I won’t kill you.”

With the gun’s barrel against the woman’s forehead, Aurora could easily shoot her dead if she attempted any resistance.

Aurora tore off part of her shirt, stuffed it into the woman’s mouth, then used a rope from the corner to tie her up against the wall.

Checking the gun, Aurora opened the restroom window and looked down. It was only the second floor; she could easily jump.

She tucked the gun into her waistband and leaped out the window, landing with a jolt. Then she took out her phone and called the police, reporting a fight at the location.

Back in the private room, Heath was on edge. He had intended for Aurora to leave under the guise of using the restroom. As long as he and Eamon were there, those men wouldn’t trouble her.

But just as Aurora left, the blonde followed, and ten minutes had passed without Aurora’s return.

Heath stood up, “I’m going to find her.”

William chuckled, “Mr. Fairbank, please, no rush. Once the deal is done, you’ll see the pretty lady.”

Heath’s face hardened, “You want five crates of arms? How about you tell me where your base is, and I’ll supply you with arms long–term.”

William laughed heartily, “Mr. Fairbank, why didn’t you just agree to this earlier?”
