Josefina was blissfully unaware of the uproar caused by something as simple as how she addressed someone.

Right then, she was at Livia’s new place, having come over to catch up. Livia, in the middle of a workout session, was lifting dumbbells when she noticed Josefina walk in. She immediately set the weights aside and greeted her with a warm smile.

"Josie, you made it! I just brewed some chai latte. Let me grab you a cup," Livia said, handing over a steaming cup.

Josefina took a sip and her face lit up. "This is delicious!" she exclaimed.

Livia, beaming, pulled out a folder and passed it to Josefina. "Josie, I took a trip to Japan recently. Sydney's connections are indeed something else. She's been mingling with influential people, basically becoming a pawn in their game. I followed the trail and found this guy."

She pulled out a photo and placed it on top of the documents.

"A Japanese guy?" Josefina asked, raising an eyebrow.

Livia nodded. "This man owns a business that has dealings with the West. Since Sydney married Rowan, she's partnered with this company several times, and they've made quite a profit."

It was all about channeling the benefits.

"If she’s the mastermind behind all this and wants to turn their wealth into hers, it starts to make sense," Josefina speculated.

Livia snapped her fingers, grinning. "Josie, you're right on the money."

Josefina chuckled. "It's just a theory, but it's worth diving into. Sydney didn’t see the Baldwin family still having Oliver in their corner. He threw a wrench in her plans. And for the Harrison family, thanks to my being found, Lena's schemes didn't pan out."

Livia laughed. "They really hit a brick wall when they tangled with you. You and Oliver together make an unbeatable team."

"Are you on Oliver's PR team now, singing his praises?" Josefina teased.

"Josie, I’m just stating the obvious. You two are a perfect match."

As she spoke, images of her and Oliver together filled Josefina's mind. Oliver had always been good to her, and they made a great team.

Livia nudged Josefina playfully. "You guys are so in sync in life. How about in the bedroom?"

Josefina's cheeks turned crimson. "Our relationship is pure."
