Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess novel Chapter 916

Brandon nodded, sealing the deal with a simple, "Alright, it's settled then." He passed the list of gifts over to Bennett, who took it with a nod.

Josefina stood there, feeling a bit sidelined. Did her opinion not matter at all? Why did it seem like no one was listening to her? Determined to be heard, she spoke up again, "Grandpa Brandon, seriously, I don't need any gifts. Really, no more gifts."

Oliver, noticing how sincere Josefina was about this, jumped in to support her, "Let's hold off on the gifts for Josie for now. We can always give them later."

Brandon, respecting Josefina's wishes, agreed to pause on the gift-giving. Concerned about overstaying his welcome with Josefina and Oliver, he quickly found an excuse to leave. Even as he settled into his car, a feeling of happiness lingered.

"Bennett, once we get back, let's scope out the best baby product brands," he said with enthusiasm. "We'll need to get the top-notch stuff for the young madam. And we should have a carpenter make a few cribs, let them air out before the baby arrives."

Bennett chuckled, "Sir, the way you're talking, it sounds like the young madam is due any day now."

"It won't be long," Brandon mused, daydreaming about the joy the baby would bring. "Just thinking about it fills me with happiness."

After a moment, he reconsidered his approach. "Bennett, instead of buying, let's just acquire the whole company. That way, whatever Josie needs, we can have it delivered right to her. If the store doesn't stock it, we'll develop it. Whatever Josie wants, we'll make sure she gets it."

Bennett laughed, "Sir, if Josie ends up having triplets, do you think you can handle it all?"

Brandon confidently replied, "We'll hire nannies, even a dozen if needed. And if that's not enough, we can rotate with the Harrisons. Josie's the only one in the Harrison family with a partner right now. If she has more kids, and we don't let the Harrisons help out, they'll definitely have something to say."

Bennett couldn't help but laugh, "Sir, you're really planning far ahead."
