The situation was getting pretty intense. The runway was empty, and the models were nowhere to be found.
Alex was pacing backstage like a caged animal, practically pulling his hair out. This was his first time leading the company's fashion show, and to make matters worse, it was the company's very first one. If this show went south, he'd have a hard time facing Josefina.
In a hushed voice, Alex suggested, "Ms. Josefina, I'll try to reach out to some other models. Maybe the ones already on stage can stretch their time a bit. What do you think?"
Josefina shook her head, "No way. They can't stretch it for long. We need to find models, and fast."
Bobby was just as frantic, "Where on earth are we supposed to find models at this time, Ms. Josefina? What do we do?"
Holly was tense too, and the whole team was on edge, scrambling for a solution. They couldn't just make models appear out of thin air, could they?
Meanwhile, out in the audience, the Harrison family and Oliver were blissfully unaware of the chaos happening behind the scenes.
Hattie was beaming with pride, "Our Josie is amazing. Pulling off a fashion show of this scale takes real patience."
Garrett nodded in agreement, praising Josefina's competence.
Ayala, sitting nearby, smiled knowingly. Garrett and Hattie had attended their fair share of big fashion events. Even though Josefina's show wasn't massive, their praise was fueled by parental pride. Still, Ayala believed Josefina was doing a fantastic job.
All eyes were glued to the runway, and many in the crowd were left speechless.
A murmur rippled through the audience.
"Oh my gosh, my goddess of a sister is on the runway!"
"And there's my brother, strutting his stuff too!"
"My husband’s debut on the runway, and he's killing it! Make sure to shower him with compliments."
The chatter grew louder, and Oliver, noticing the sudden appearance of top-tier celebrities on stage, sensed something was amiss.
Oliver made his way backstage and approached Josefina.
