Miss Josefina: Nobody's Princess novel Chapter 994

"Absolutely, I do." Josie had made this decision after a lot of soul-searching.

Oliver looked at the girl in his arms, as vibrant and captivating as a spring blossom. Her skin was like porcelain, and her eyes danced with a playful glint. Every smile and frown was utterly bewitching.

"Josie, you make me so happy," he said.

Oliver gently placed his hand on Josefina's belly.

Josefina chuckled and brushed his hand away. "It's way too early for the baby to be doing somersaults, Oliver. You should be thinking about how you're going to tell my folks and brothers."

She slipped out of his embrace with a playful smile, smoothing out her clothes.

"Oliver," Josefina continued, "I'm leaving this huge task to you."

"Okay, I'll take care of it. Josie, I'll head over to your place and have a chat with your parents about us getting hitched. Even if you're too busy for a big wedding right now, we can at least get the marriage license sorted."

Once more, Oliver wrapped Josefina in his arms, resting his head gently against her chest.

"Josie, let's at least get the paperwork done, alright?"

Josefina playfully pulled his head back. "Oliver, you're being a bit cheeky."

He flashed a mischievous grin. "We're practically married already. This isn't being cheeky; it's just part of being a couple."

Josefina couldn't handle the smoldering, loving gaze Oliver was giving her. It was almost too much.

"Oliver, whether we get that certificate depends on how you handle things."

"Josie, leave it all to me. I've got this under control."

...

That evening at the Harrison household, everyone was busy with their own things until the butler came in with an announcement.
