I get that the woman is an Alpha female, but that guy is obsessed with her. He was practically crazed when he showed up on Aiden’s pack borders after Alaric’s pack was attacked and his Alpha was killed. Alaric had promised Camden that he could have Nikki. He’d just been waiting for her to turn eighteen. However, before that happened, she ran and he hadn’t been able to catch her before she ended up in Hunter’s pack. According to Camden, he and Alaric were making plans to get her back, but Alaric was killed before that could happen.

That fucking asshole, Hunter. I’ll be glad when it’s his turn to die. Who the fuck does he think he is trying to change the laws that have been in place for years? Of course, my source said there‘ s also a new Alpha that he’s allied with, Alpha Amelia. If she wasn’t already mated, Aiden would have gone after her in a heartbeat. But who knows? Maybe she’ll break that mate bond and become available.

I feel my phone buzzing in my pocket. When I look at the caller ID, I see it’s Camden.
