Chapter 127
Meanwhile, Ida and Suzanne led the six remaining women into the underground parking garage. They swept their flashlights around, then headed toward Building 8.
“Damn, it’s freezing,” someone complained.
Suzanne laughed. “Once we’re inside the villa, you won’t feel cold anymore.”
“Yeah!” The women nodded vigorously.
They were full of anticipation.
The garage wasn’t very large. Even though they weren’t familiar with the layout and it was dark below, they reached the passage leading to the villa within a few minutes.
They were well prepared and opened their umbrellas.”
You could never be too careful–especially when you were coming with ill intent. Naturally, they were even more cautious than
most.
They knocked on the door.
The woman standing in front was named Liz Silverton, the most beautiful of the eight.
If they wanted to lure Ray into opening the door, of course, they would send out the prettiest one first. Too bad Molly had left the group. If she were here, there was no way any man could resist her.
“What do you want?” A man’s voice came through the loudspeaker.
Liz twisted her hips slightly, forced a smile onto her face, and said in a coquettish tone, “Mister, didn’t you say that as long as we’re willing to sleep with you, you’ll give us food? Hee–hee, all of us want to sleep with you.”
Through the surveillance feed, Ray saw everything clearly. There were eight of them in total. All women–but the quality of a few of them was, frankly, a little lacking.
Especially that fat woman. Was she serious?
If she were standing on the street offering herself, no one would take her even if she offered them money.
And then, Ray spotted the gun the fat woman was hiding behind her back.
They thought he had installed only one camera. What they didn’t know was that there were three, mounted in different positions -and all with infrared imaging.
So they were here to seize his villa?
But how had such an all–female squad suddenly appeared in the residential complex?
Unless…
His heart stirred, and he immediately thought of the earlier crash and the sound of sirens. Could it have been these eight women?
Fine. Since they’d delivered themselves right to his door, he would deal with all of them at once. Otherwise, if eight armed women scattered through the complex, tracking them down later would be troublesome.
“Come here,” Ray said, turning off the surveillance feed and calling Honey and the other three women over.
He didn’t want them to see him using his otherworldly storage space ability.
Honey felt a little sour. “What’s this? Got new girls already, so you’re tossing us old ones aside?”

Ray smiled. “These newcomers aren’t harmless–and they’re carrying guns.”
Guns!

Honey and the others were startled. Amanda spoke up first. “Then just ignore them. They can’t get in anyway!”
“Exactly!” the other three chimed in.
The villa had everything they needed and was extremely secure. Why open the door and provoke a group of armed strangers?
Ray ignored them and simply told them to hide behind the screen.
