The link redirected, and the next second, a flustered, almost panicked voice came through.
Emma froze. She slammed the link shut and stared at Corvin, eyes wide. “You… you actually asked Silas for something like that?”
“Emma, listen, don’t get me wrong… I didn’t ask for it myself,” Corvin said.
They also want it. I want more, sure, but they’re all watching too.
Corvin’s face turned so red it looked like it might bleed.
I’m done for. Emma sees everything. This is so embarrassing.
Corvin shot Emma a guilty look. “Emma, it’s all animated. None of it is real.”
Stuff like this was never filmed with an actual female. Even if some females out there were willing to do it, none of the beasts who already had a female would ever watch it.
“I know it’s animated.” Emma glared at him. She just didn’t expect Silas actually to share that kind of animation with them.
She opened a few more links. There were videos and even books.
Emma looked at him again. “Tell me the truth. Did all of you learn from these animated?”
Corvin didn’t dare lie, so he nodded.
No wonder they sometimes use the same tricks. Turns out Silas trained them into it.
Emma already knew they had gone to Silas for advice, but she really hadn’t expected this to be what he taught them.
“Why didn’t you add Calum to this group?” she asked Corvin. “Trying to isolate him?”
“No, no.” Corvin shook his head fast and rushed to explain. “He joined late. I forgot to add
him.”
The truth was, Drake used to be in this group, too. But since Emma and Drake had already dissolved, Lucien told Corvin to remove him. After Drake got kicked out, he even messaged Corvin privately to ask why. Corvin never replied.
Corvin peeked at Emma like he was handling a bomb and whispered, “Emma, should I pull

Calum in later?”
“Should I thank you on his behalf?” Emma shot him a look. That was when she noticed that Corvin had created all these groups.
She was still scrolling through another group. The one where Marcus was supposedly sending updates. She flicked her thumb upward, and the chat was packed with little messages. Every single one of them revolved around her. The newest ones were from Corvin and Marcus, talking about how she could mend clothes. There was even a note from this morning, right after breakfast.
Lucien said, ‘I saw Emma didn’t finish her oatmeal this morning. Probably too much sugar. Whoever cooks tonight, go easy on the sugar.
Edric replied, ‘I’ll cook tonight. Got it.’
And yesterday, Silas had mentioned she wasn’t drinking enough water.
Corvin replied, ‘Copy that. Don’t worry. I’ll keep an eye on her.
Emma kept scrolling.
Silas said, ‘She only ate one cookie this morning. That’s half of what she usually eats. When you’re with her, bring the fruit she likes. Get her to eat a little.‘
Marcus said, ‘The weather’s getting colder. When you stay with Ms. Tibarn at night, make sure she doesn’t kick off her blanket. Especially you, Corvin.
Corvin tagged Marcus and asked, ‘Why especially me?‘
Marcus replied, ‘Because once you fall asleep, you sleep like a dead pig. I worry she’ll end up covering you with the blanket instead of the other way around.‘
Corvin replied, ‘Lies. I keep one eye open the whole night.‘
Edric asked, ‘Emma’s into fruit these days. Anyone free to grab more?‘
Calum replied, ‘I’ll go get some fruits later.’
Everything still looked normal until the tone slowly drifted off.
Calum asked, ‘I’ve been wondering, why can’t two people stay with Ms. Tibarn at night? It’d be easier to look after her.
Lucien replied, ‘Marshal, if you want that, you can talk to Emma yourself. If she agrees, we’re

fine with it.‘
Silas replied, ‘Same here.‘
Marcus replied, ‘Same here.‘
Corvin replied, ‘I support this.‘
Edric replied, ‘I’ll do whatever Emma wants.
