Chapter 703 Emma’s Demands
Chapter 703 Emma’s Demands
Jim nodded once. Then he held out the fish in his hand and offered it to Emma again.
“Eat.”
He had heard Gaellard say that she liked eating food.
She didn’t like drinking nutrient fluid.
Emma stared at the black thing in front of her. The corner of her mouth twitched hard.
“You want me to eat this?”
It looked black like a piece of charcoal.
Can anyone really eat that without dying?
Emma immediately shook her head.
“Just tell me if you want to poison me. Don’t use this thing to torture me.”
She would rather drink nutrient fluid than eat that.
Jim looked at Emma with wide puppy–like eyes. Shock filled his face.
Poison her?
I didn’t do that!
Jim threw the fish in his hand to the side.
Then he turned around and walked toward the ocean.
The next second, he disappeared straight into the sea.
Emma stood there in silence.
What did he go do?
She looked at the spot where Jim had disappeared. Her mind filled with question marks.
She felt that this man didn’t like talking. His brain also seemed a little strange.
Before Emma could figure out what Jim had gone into the sea for, he came back the next second.
His clothes were completely dry. There wasn’t even a drop of water on him.
Several fish hung from his hand.
Jim walked over to Emma. He held the struggling fish out to her,
“Eat.”

Chapter 703 Emma’s Demands
If a female didn’t eat food and didn’t drink nutrient fluid, she would starve to death.
Emma looked at the lively fish jumping in front of her. The corner of her mouth twitched again.
“You eat it yourself.”
Did this guy crawl out of some cave?
What normal therian gives a female a live fish to eat?
I’m not a beast.
Jim frowned.
“I don’t eat. I drink nutrient fluid.”
The fish didn’t even taste as good as nutrient fluid.
He didn’t like eating it.
i
He didn’t know why Emma liked food.
A female’s preferences should be respected.
Emma rolled her eyes when she heard that.
“I don’t eat either. I drink nutrient fluid too.”
After saying that, she took a bottle of nutrient fluid out of her storage band and quickly drank it.
She could actually roast fish herself if she wanted.
Her storage band had seasoning inside.
However, she didn’t want to cook.
Jím saw her drink the nutrient fluid. He glanced at the fish in his hand and threw them back into the sea.
After that, he walked to the water and washed his hands. Then he returned.
He looked at Emma.
He simply stared at her.
His eyes didn’t blink at all as he watched her.
Emma felt speechless from his staring.
“Where is this place?”
She spoke first and asked.
Jim didn’t answer.

Emma stood there in silence.
She glared at him.
“I’m asking you. Answer me.”
“The outer region, Duskora,” Jim said.
So this really is the outer region.
Emma had figured something out by now. Jim only responded to tough treatment.
If she yelled at him, he spoke.
Being in the outer region meant she couldn’t contact Kieran and the others.
She needed to think of a way to make Jim take her back to the Interstellar Empire.
While thinking, Emma lowered her head and looked at her bare feet.
She immediately raised her head and spoke to Jim.
“You kidnapped me like this. I didn’t even bring any spare clothes. I don’t even have shoes.”
Jim looked at the pajamas Emma wore. Then he looked at her feet stepping on the sand. He didn’t say anything.
“Hmph.”
Emma snorted when she saw him stay silent. She pretended to be angry.
“You kidnapped me, so you’re responsible.
“I need to change clothes. I also need shoes.
“Oh, and I can’t get used to sleeping outside. I need to sleep in a house.
“The house can’t be too bad. I won’t be able to sleep otherwise.”
Clothes.
Shoes.
A house.
It can’t be a bad house either.
Jim repeated everything in his mind.
Then he stepped forward and grabbed Emma’s wrist.
“What are you doing?”
Emma had just spoken when the next second Jim lifted her onto his shoulder.
