Chapter 337
Victoria’s words made Ophelia look more and more frightened.
That was right.
From the very first day she met Justin, she was always gentle and thoughtful, so he never once doubted her.
To Justin, she was an innocent, simple lady.

Her eyes were always filled with love, and she made it seem like he was her whole world. She even shielded him from a knife attack, nearly losing her life.
It wasn’t so much that Justin trusted her, but that he was so self–assured he never even thought about getting a paternity test for the kid, or even suspecting he might not be the real father.
After all, a woman who loved him enough to risk her life for him would never betray him or end up pregnant with another man’s baby.
Luckily for her, her gamble paid off.
Her act was flawless, and Justin’s confidence as a man was reinforced by her performance.
Victoria grinned wickedly. “You look terrified. What’s wrong? Could it be your son isn’t actually Justin’s?”
Ophelia was already falling apart. She demanded, “What did you do?”
Victoria shrugged, “What did I do? Didn’t you see the trending topic online when you came to see me? There’s a dashcam video from the scene of your son’s accident.
“Ted was holding your son’s body, bawling his eyes out. His grief was so raw that even Justin couldn’t compare.”
Ophelia was completely stunned.
Victoria continued, “Normally, if a butler watched his young master die right in front of him, he’d be terrified of getting blamed. But Ted was crying his eyes out, like his world had ended. like he’d just lost his own child.
“With a reaction like that, how could Justin not start to suspect something?”
Ophelia stumbled back a few steps, completely stunned. She never imagined Victoria would use the scene of her son’s tragic death to stir up trouble for her.
“So it really was you who had someone run over my son, wasn’t it?” Ophelia’s voice was no longer arrogant. Now it was filled with uncontrollable panic.
She said, “What did my son and I ever do to you? Why did you have to be so ruthless, to go so far as to kill him? If this is about Gale Entertainment targeting Brightstar Entertainment lately, you know it’s all Nathan’s idea.
“If you’re so tough, why don’t you go after Nathan directly? What’s the point of coming after my son and me?”
Victoria stood up and slowly walked over to Ophelia, her voice low and cold. “That’s because your son killed an entire family –three lives gone. He never showed a shred of remorse and even treated a baby’s life like some kind of joke,
“And you? To cover up his crime, you sent people to torment the victims‘ parents, causing those two elderly folks to die from grief and rage.

“Too bad for you, I’m overflowing with a sense of justice. I can’t stand seeing people like you walk free after everything you’ve done.”
She continued. “Watching people like you finally face the consequences? That honestly makes me happy.”
Victoria smirked, “Oh, and by the way, if you’d just had your son’s body cremated yesterday, there wouldn’t even be a chance for a paternity test.
“But you were so hell–bent on digging up the so–called truth, convinced I was the mastermind behind it, that you stopped your husband from cremating the body.
“Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.”
Victoria put on a look of mock sympathy and said softly, “What a shame. You and your son could’ve had it all, living comfortably for the rest of your lives. But then your son ended up in that fatal crash.
“Tell me, if your kid had a stronger backbone, maybe he wouldn’t have died, huh?”
Ophelia finally lost all pretense of dignity. She lunged forward, hand raised to slap Victoria, but she was no match for her.
Before she could even get close, Victoria drove her foot into Ophelia’s stomach with a vicious kick.
Ophelia slammed into the office door, feeling like her insides were on fire.
But when she saw Victoria towering over her, looking down like she was nothing but an insect, Ophelia clutched her stomach and spat, “You’re insane. Victoria, you psycho. I curse you. You’ll never die a good death.”
Just then, Tracy rushed in with security, urging, “Get this woman out of here. Don’t let her hurt Mr. Binder.”
Victoria watched with a blank face as the security guards dragged Ophelia out of the office.
Tracy finally let out a sigh of relief and looked at Victoria with concern. “Mr. Binder, are you alright?”
Victoria shook her head. “I’m fine.”
With that, Victoria turned, grabbed her bag from the desk, and headed out.
Tracy watched her go and asked, “Mr. Binder, where are you headed?”
“To the cemetery,” Victoria said, already halfway out the door.
Tracy blinked in confusion.
‘Wait, did Mr. Binder just lose a family member?‘ Tracy wondered.

At a cemetery, the snow had stopped, but every tombstone was still covered in snow.
Two elderly parents, now left with no children, shuffled along together carrying flowers. When they reached the graves of their son, daughter–in–law, and granddaughter, they saw that someone had already left a bouquet there.
They paused, looking around, but didn’t spot anyone they knew.
For the past two years, they were the only ones who ever visited their son, daughter–in–law, and granddaughter.

They thought, Who could have brought these flowers?‘

After hearing that the person who killed their family had died in a car crash, they just had to come and see for themselves.
“Thank you,” one of them whispered.
The two elderly parents knelt before the tombstone, pressing their foreheads to the ground in front of the bouquet, paying their respects with a heartfelt bow.

Once they were in the car, 001, sitting in the back seat, watched as Victoria brushed the snow off her hair and clothes. 001 asked a hint of confusion in its voice, “Ms. Binder, do you know those people?”
Victoria brushed off the snow and replied, “No, I don’t.”
001 asked. “Then why go out of your way to do all that?”
Victoria smiled. “Because I want to, and I can.”
001 still didn’t get it, but didn’t press any further.
‘I just need to protect Ms. Binder, 001 thought, so she can always have the power to do whatever she pleases.

After being thrown out of Brightstar Entertainment, Ophelia rushed straight back to the Turner family home.
Ophelia thought, ‘If what Victoria said is true, I need to get out of here, fast.”
‘If the paternity test comes back and proves Justin isn’t really my son’s father, I’m totally screwed.
Ophelia had already called the maid she’d paid off to be loyal to her, making sure Justin wasn’t home before rushing back to pack her bags.
But the moment she walked into the mansion, two bodyguards stepped in and blocked the door.
“Mrs. Turner, you’re back. Mr. Turner is waiting for you,” one of them said.
Ophelia’s whole body went rigid. Justin’s actually home? Keep it together. The paternity test results won’t be out yet.
Ophelia was forced to step inside the mansion.
The maid she’d bribed and Ted were both on their knees with their hands bound behind them.
Lexi was in the living room as well, watching Ophelia with a triumphant look, as if she was witnessing her long–awaited
revenge.
Justin was holding his phone, his face completely expressionless as he watched the video.
From the video, Ted’s voice came through, sobbing uncontrollably. “Mr. Lowe, how could this happen… no, please, no…”
