His expression darkened. He was clearly unhappy with Noelle.

“Some students get arrogant just because they do well academically!” Robin said sharply. “Medicine demands care and precision. There’s no room for pride or sloppiness!”
Then he deliberately called her out. “Noelle, what do you think?”
Noelle nodded sincerely. “I think you’re completely right.”
Robin was speechless.
So she still didn’t realize what she’d done wrong!
He was so angry his mustache almost twitched.
But Noelle truly didn’t realize he was criticizing her.
She honestly thought she’d been very focused.
She hadn’t even pointed out the flaws in his technique. She’d patiently watched the entire process.
The morning passed quickly. At noon, everyone ate together in the hospital cafeteria, with more observations scheduled for the
afternoon.
After lunch, Noelle headed to the restroom.
Just as she was about to reach it, she saw a middle–aged man suddenly collapse, vomiting blood nonstop.
People nearby screamed in panic and called for doctors.
Noelle’s expression changed instantly. She rushed over and squatted beside him.
She quickly checked his condition. The moment she felt his pulse, she frowned. His pulse was floating, slippery, and chaotic. It was an acute attack.
“Step aside!” A female doctor in a white coat rushed over. Just as she bent down and examined the man, Noelle stopped her.
“Don’t move him,” Noelle said calmly. “This is acute hematemesis caused by liver hyperactivity. Moving him now will raise his blood pressure and worsen the bleeding.”
Rosie Jordan froze for a moment, then frowned at Noelle.
This girl looks barely old enough. What could she possibly know?
“Are you the doctor here, or am I? If you don’t know what you’re talking about, get out of the way! This is pleural effusion! Call surgery now!” Rosie’s eyes were full of disdain as she glanced at Noelle.
“Miss, move aside! Don’t delay the doctors!”
The onlookers urged anxiously, clearly not believing Noelle.

Chapter 261 Emergency
A nurse pushed over a gurney. Rosie shouted, “Hurry! Put him on it and take him to the OR!”
As the nurses hurriedly touched the man, Noelle’s face darkened.
The moment they lifted him, he suddenly vomited a large mouthful of blood.
His white shirt was instantly soaked red.
His legs twitched once, then went still.
Rosie’s expression changed.
“Dr. Jordan! He’s not breathing!” the nurse shouted urgently.
Rosie quickly checked the man’s pulse.
Sure enough, his breathing had stopped!

“No heartbeat! Take him to the OR immediately for emergency resuscitation!” Rosie shouted, then glared at Noelle. “If you hadn’t kept blocking us, he’d already be in surgery! If he dies and his family causes trouble, can you take responsibility?”
Noelle squinted and smiled faintly.
So she’s trying to pin the blame on me.
Her gaze turned cold, her voice clear and sharp. “I thought you were just bad at your job. I didn’t expect you’d also dodge responsibility.”
Noelle didn’t bother arguing further.
Her gaze returned to the middle–aged man.
He looked to be in his 40s or 50s. Judging by his clothes, he was probably well–off.
Dying like that would be a real waste.
If she stepped aside and left him to Rosie, he really might die.
She wasn’t a saint, but she couldn’t watch someone who could be saved die right in front of her.
Noelle stopped hesitating and pulled out her needle kit.
The needles gleamed coldly under the lights.
“What are you doing?!” Rosie shouted angrily. “You’ve already killed him!”
Before she finished speaking, Noelle had already moved.
Three needles flashed like lightning, striking three pressure points with perfect accuracy.
Her movements were far too smooth for a student. It was more like a veteran doctor with decades of experience.
