apter 332 Why Her?
Only Noelle stepped inside calmly.
Mick had been wearing a cold, impatient expression, but the moment he saw Noelle, something shifted in his face.

“You’re here.” He tipped his chin slightly, the stud in his right ear catching the light as it flashed. He looked proud and dignified. “Since you came to my concert, I won’t let you down.”
He had always taken his performances seriously. Fans got their money’s worth every time. That was why he’d survived this long in the industry and kept such a massive following.
Noelle gave a soft hum. Truthfully, she wasn’t that interested in concerts.
This kind of thing wasn’t really her scene. She figured she might even fall asleep later.
Of course, she wasn’t about to say that in front of Mick. She didn’t feel like getting smacked.
She glanced at Eleanor and the others. “My classmates really like you. They’ve been waiting forever. If it’s not too much trouble, could you sign something for them?”
Mick’s gaze swept over the group behind Noelle. A bunch of excited teenagers who didn’t know where to put their hands, eyes shining like stars, clutching tickets and fan banners, faces full of anticipation and nerves.
Normally, Mick would’ve turned down autograph requests right before a show or passed them off to an assistant.
This time, he just gave a near–invisible nod and said flatly to the assistant beside him, “Pen.”
The assistant hurried to hand him a special marker.
Mick took it and looked at Noelle’s classmates. “Where?”
“Ah! Here, here! On the ticket!”
“On the banner!”
Eleanor and the others had basically short–circuited.
Even if you beat it into them, they never would’ve imagined Noelle being this close to Mick.
The way they spoke–it felt like they’d known each other for years.
It wasn’t until Mick spoke that they finally snapped back to reality. They rushed forward, excited but still trying hard to keep some order, terrified of leaving a bad impression.
Mick signed patiently, one by one. Sometimes he even added a short personalized message if they asked.
He didn’t talk much, but his focus was steady, with no hint of impatience.
Roger watched from the side, quietly amazed.
Getting Mick to personally and patiently sign autographs for a group of fans right before a concert? This kind of treatment was
unheard of.

Mick might be a little arrogant, but deep down, he was genuinely grateful for Noelle saving his life. Her place in his heart was anything but ordinary.
With the autographs done, it was almost time to go onstage.
Mick looked at Noelle. “Your seats are set. I’ll have Roger take you over.”
Noelle nodded. “Break a leg.”
The corner of Mick’s mouth lifted, just barely. Even the earring on his right ear seemed to gleam brighter for a second. Then he slipped back into that cool, untouchable stage–king aura and headed toward the entrance with the crew.
Roger personally led Noelle and the others straight to the best area in the venue. Front row, dead center!
The view was perfect, right by the extended stage. And seated around them were mostly big names: well–known directors, producers, veteran agents, brand executives.
The moment Noelle and her group sat down, they drew curious looks from all sides.
Young people who could sit here were never ordinary.
Before long, a sharp–eyed director recognized Noelle.
After all, she was the Guzmans‘ real daughter–the one who’d shaken the elite circles and the internet alike.
That homecoming party had gone global.
Who wouldn’t know Noelle by now?
Anyone who didn’t was living under a rock.
Almost immediately, several industry heavyweights came over to greet her.
“You must be Ms. Kain. I’ve heard so much about you. You really do have an extraordinary presence.”
A director famous for arthouse films smiled as he handed her a business card. “Have you ever considered acting? I have a script- the female lead’s temperament fits you perfectly.”
A top–tier agent leaned in next. “Ms. Kain, with your looks and your current visibility, if you enter the industry, I guarantee I can make you a top superstar within three years. Best resources, guaranteed.”
Faced with the wave of enthusiasm, Noelle simply nodded politely, her tone distant but clear. “Thank you, but I’m not interested in the entertainment industry for now.”
