Adrian had been trying very hard to forget that part.

Annelise raised an eyebrow. “What was that? I’ve squeezed your tail before, and you never reacted.”

Adrian blinked fast. “Do… do it again?”

She frowned, confused, but his tail was cute. She gave it another little squeeze.

“Mmh!” Adrian tensed, bolting upright and clenching his legs together.

“Wait, I think. I think I’m cured?!”
