"You're just a designer. Putting your name on it will only hold the collection back. You need to focus on your job. As for an exhibition opportunity, you'll just have to wait."

Another girl's voice, choked with tears, pleaded, "Team leader, that piece is my blood, sweat, and tears. I spent so much time designing it and crafted it with my own hands. I don't need it to be exhibited, but can you please give it back to me?"

"Do you have any idea who these clothes are for? They're custom-made for Ms. King's junior. They're tailored to Ms. Lockwood's exact measurements. What use would they be to you?"

Emma raised a slight eyebrow. So she was involved in this too?

Her gaze turned somber as she turned around and called for the design director.

"Is the company hosting a fashion exhibition soon?"

The director nodded in surprise. "Didn't you know, Ms. Lockwood? Ms. King held a special meeting a week ago. She wanted to design a few custom outfits for you, in any style. As long as you choose their design, the creator gets to participate in a massive upcoming fashion show."

"Are the clothes ready?" Emma asked.

"They're all ready," the director confirmed.

"Let's go take a look, then."

The director immediately gathered the designers and led Emma to the showroom.

Jocelyn hurried over right at that moment.

"Aren't you going on a trip in a couple of days? I had the designers create some exclusive pieces for you. They're totally unique globally. See which ones you like."
