Chapter 112 Julian dominated the battlefield
Jonna scanned the immediate area and saw only one zombie wandering nearby. Moving with fluid precision, she stepped forward, swung her hatchet, and cleanly decapitated it. With a quick wave of her hand, she extracted its core from the falling corpse.
Wasting no time, she pulled three heavy-duty motorcycles directly out of her pocket dimension. A second later, she summoned Jake and Julian back into reality. Both men materialized instantly, fully armed in black tactical suits, but they blinked rapidly as they tried to make sense of the sudden change from/her storage space to the open street.
Julian shook his head, rubbing his temples as he glared at Joanna. “Seriously, Joanna? A little warning next time before you yank us through realities? My brain feels like it’s spinning inside out.”
Jake just chuckled, checking the chamber of his rifle and stowing it away before throwing a leg over one of the motorcycles. “Get used to it, man. It beats walking.”
“Stop complaining and mount up,” Joanna said flatly, already straddling her own bike. “The military is moving in fast. We need to hit Aegis Solutions before they lock the city down.”
With a sharp kick, she revved her engine, the loud roar echoing down the empty side street. Jake and Julian quickly followed suit, their engines thundering to life right behind her. In a cloud of exhaust, the trio tore down the road, racing at breakneck speeds toward the Blackwood district before their window of opportunity slammed shut.
Julian shook his head, rubbing his temples as he glared at Joanna. “Seriously, Boss? A little warning next time before you yank us through realities? My brain feels like it’s spinning inside out.”
Jake just chuckled, gripping the metal bat slung over his shoulder and checking the lightweight hatchet secured at his belt before throwing a leg over one of the motorcycles. “Get used to it, man. It beats walking.”
Julian adjusted his own metal bat and hatchet, still muttering under his breath.
“Stop complaining and mount up,” Joanna said flatly, already straddling her own bike. “The military is moving in fast. We need to hit Aegis Solutions before they lock the city down.”

In a cloud of exhaust, the trio tore down the road, racing at breakneck speeds toward the Blackwood district before their window of opportunity slammed shut.
The ride to Blackwood turned into a grueling, three-hour ordeal that felt twice as long as any normal trip. The highways were choked with abandoned vehicles and smoking wrecks, forcing the trio to constantly weave through tight gaps and navigate hazardous debris along with dead bodies.
One hour into the journey, a large herd of zombies blocked a vital underpass. Joanna slammed on her brakes, and the trio unleashed themselves as a massive, unstoppable destructive force. Joanna led the charge by utilizing her space ability to teleport directly into the thickest cluster of the crowd. Reappearing in a flash, she channeled her enhanced physical strength into a single, devastating swipe of her hatchet, cleanly decapitating an entire cluster of zombies in one fluid motion.
Beside her, Julian dominated the battlefield, unleashing the raw, terrifying evolution of his electrical power. Even though freshly awakened, he pushed his hands forward, and blinding sheets of blue lightning arced

from his fingers, vaporizing flesh and exploding skulls from the sheer internal pressure. The high-voltage currents chained violently through the mob, instantly turning dozens of walkers into smoking piles of
der. Jake anchored the path of destruction, swinging his heavy aluminum bat with such bone-crushing forge that skulls shattered instantly, clearing out any remaining stragglers with brutal efficiency. Together, the three of them tore through the horde like a human hurricane.
The final hour proved even more volatile as they encountered the living. While navigating a narrow bottleneck near the Blackwood border, a desperate group of five armed survivors ambushed them from behind an overturned delivery truck, demanding their gear.
Before the raiders could even finish their threats, the trio’s overwhelming power crushed them instantly. Joanna teleported right behind the lead attacker, knocking him flat before he could turn around. Simultaneously, Julian released a thunderous pulse of raw electromagnetic energy that cracked the concrete beneath their feet, throwing two attackers ten feet into a brick wall. Jake stepped in like a freight train, wielding his metal bat to break the weapons right out of the remaining raiders’ hands. The uninjured ambushers scrambled backward in absolute terror, fleeing into the alleyways to escape the terrifying,
coordinated force of nature.
