She walked over, picked it up, and read the bold, elegant script embossed at the top: Storage Space Guide.
As her eyes devoured the text, an uncontrollable surge of adrenaline raced through her. By reuniting the primary heirloom bracelet, ring, and earrings, she had successfully activated the complete, unrestricted Spatial Overlord System.
The fully awakened dimension boasted several paradigm-shifting attributes:
Physical Extraction: The host could physically inhabit the dimension indefinitely and grant access to other living organisms.
Temporal Agricultural Acceleration: Crops planted within the fertile soil would benefit from a hyper-accelerated growth matrix, maturing from seed to full harvest within a single week.
The Mobile Fortress Project: The stone villa was now recognized as an independent, fully functional autonomous entity. It required no external electricity or plumbing, pulling pure water directly from the infinite subterranean spring. Most importantly, the guide noted that the entire two-story fortress could be manifested outside the dimension into the physical world, anchored to the host’s life force.
Joanna’s chest heaved as she continued reading. The villa possessed an unawakened defensive grid that required higher-tier gemstones to charge its kinetic barrier shields. It was literally a plug-and-play fortress designed to dominate an apocalypse.
Furthermore, the guide detailed that mutated fauna and flora from the coming collapse could be brought inside to be systematically bound to her soul, transforming into loyal, bio- engineered guardians of the system.
However, a critical limitation stood out. If she chose to manifest the villa in the physical world to serve as a base, any food or items kept inside its rooms would no longer benefit from the dimension’s stasis field; they would decay normally unless stored in proper refrigeration.
To offset this, Joanna realized she would need to construct separate, external barracks to house her future military forces, keeping her private villa exclusive to her inner circle.
Exploring the newly manifested layout of her stronghold, she found it had expanded into a massive estate: seven bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, a vaulted walk-in attic, an expansive stone patio, and a subterranean basement.
Stepping down into the lower level, she found the basement had been partitioned into two distinct zones. The first was a walk-in freezer vault the size of a standard bedroom, sitting right next to an insulated dry-storage warehouse. She glanced and saw the ice cream sitting in the corner. Nice, Joanna thought. It organized it for her. The second room was a high-tech

command center, equipped with rows of dark computer monitors. The system prompt indicated that once she fed the safe more premium gems, it would unlock an automated, external camera network to feed into these screens.
She made a mental note to convert the remaining open space in the basement into a high- intensity combat training gym.
Then, her eyes scanned the final section of the parchment, and she completely went still.
Base Overlord Point System: Activated.
Joanna marveled at the breakdown. Once she established a permanent physical location for her mobile villa in the real world, she could bind it to a geographic territory, officially founding a survivor sanctuary. The system would allow her to deploy up to three automated “Supply Stands” anywhere within her base. These stands would link directly to her infinite mental inventory, allowing base residents to trade merits or points earned from scavenging and labor for fresh food and gear.
She wouldn’t just be a faction leader. She would control the entire economy of the base and make it thrive in the post-apocalyptic world. She could construct an impregnable, self- sustaining city-state.
The final footnote of the guide confirmed her ultimate tactical advantage. The storage space land territory was heavily saturated with mystical nutrients. She could physically extract the soil in bulk; a single bag of her dimension’s earth was potent enough to permanently terraform twenty square feet of dead, barren dirt outside into highly fertile, disease-resistant farming
land.
She wouldn’t have to break her own back farming. She could build an absolute army of survivors, provide them with the miracle soil to cultivate their own food, and command their absolute loyalty in exchange for peace and safety.
A cold, radiant confidence settled into Joanna’s gaze. She had entered this life looking for a way to survive and exact revenge on two petty vipers. Now, she held the blueprint to build an empire.
Flipping the parchment over, her eyes caught a dense paragraph stamped in gold ink near the bottom. It was labeled: Bonded Partnership Protocols.
[HOST PROTOCOL]: You are permitted up to ten Bonded Partnerships to be sealed within the system matrix. This is a absolute blood covenant activated by fusing a single drop of your blood with a drop of the chosen subject’s blood. A Blood Partner is granted permanent residential access to the stone villa and can physically traverse the dimensional plane alongside the host. This failsafe protocol is strictly reserved for elite allies, children, and spouses.
Joanna stared at the plural wording. Spouses? As in, more than one? A dark, amused smirk touched her lips. This apocalyptic system was certainly far more pragmatic and open-minded
